Transform your home gym with the Rogue FML-6 Functional Trainer–the ultimate training solution in a compact footprint. This versatile trainer features a full power rack, a vertically adjustable 2:1 functional trainer, and a 1:1 lat pulldown and low row. Designed with space efficiency in mind, the FML-6 allows you to maximize your workout space without compromising on functionality.
This is also available as a more compact Half Rack option: Rogue FML-HR Functional Trainer and also a Monster option: Rogue FM-6 Functional Trainer.
*If you already have a Rogue RML-690 Monster Lite Rack, this is also available as an add-on kit to add to your existing rack.
INNOVATIVE PULLEY CONFIGURATION
The patent pending pulley configuration achieves a 2:1 ratio for the functional trainer and 1:1 for the lat pulldown and low row, using a single weight source–available as a weight stack or a plate-loaded trolley. The weight stack option is available in 250LB and 300LB variants, with the 250LB variant providing 5” more cable travel when using both front trolley handles simultaneously and 5” of cable travel on the lat pulldown/low row.. This configuration also allows the user to seamlessly move between the lat pulldown, low row, and trolleys without ever needing to reconfigure or attach/detach a carabiner. This design eliminates the need to purchase two 300LB weight stacks or plate load carriages instead of one. Not only does this reduce the initial investment cost, this also only requires one weight adjustment during use. This single weight source design also ensures even loading, eliminating any possibility of side-to-side imbalances.
COMPATIBILITY AND VERSATILITY
Unlike many competitor models that require proprietary, specialized attachments to be able to achieve a 1:1 load for lat pulldown and low row that bridge two cables, the Rogue FML-6 system is compatible with all standard cable attachments.

As with all Rogue products, the FML-6 Functional Trainer is overbuilt for durability. Larger pulleys contribute to longer cable life, and the US-made Mil Spec Aircraft Cable ensures exceptional longevity compared to imported alternatives. Shrouds come standard to enclose moving parts.
EFFORTLESS ADJUSTABILITY
Vertical adjustment of the trolleys is effortless thanks to four precision machined rollers and a counterweight. Swiveling pulleys guarantee the optimum angle for every movement. There is no need to reconfigure, whether you want to perform single or double arm movements with the trolley or want to use the pulldown or low row functionality, just grab and go.
BUILT ON THE RML-690 MONSTER LITE RACK
The RML-690 is a fully customizable Monster Lite Rack utilizing 3x3" 11-gauge steel tubing, 5/8" black hardware, and a bolt-together design for easier portability and affordable shipping. This version includes a wide spectrum of custom color options, laser-cut pin position numbers on the uprights, and the Westside hole pattern on each upright—allowing for precise mounting of add-ons and attachments.
Important: This rack must be bolted to the floor before use.

Power Rack/Functional Trainer/Lat Pulldown/Low Row in One
Fully functional power rack with 2:1 functional trainer and 1:1 lat pulldown/low row using a single weight source due to our patent pending pulley configuration. We maximize the resistance of the weight stack which means that only a single weight stack is needed, and if you opt for the plate load version, you only need to load one trolley and only need half the weight of competing products to achieve the same load.
1:1 with standard attachments
Our pulley configuration allows the use of standard attachments for the lat pulldown and low row while providing 1:1 resistance. Many other products require specialized attachments with multiple attachment points to achieve 1:1 resistance.
