SO MUCH BETTERReview by Yiri
Next thing, I start to get shin splints. I try some stuff from MobilityWOD, nothing works, talk to an exercise scientist, my running form is fine. The podiatrist tells me that my Inov8s, my Nanos, my Skoras are all too unsupportive. For someone as active as me, he says, a supportive heel and midfoot are required - but I hate the "squishy" feeling of normal running shoes.
These fit the bill. I just bought them because they were on special, but they're better than any other CF shoe I own. The support level is just right.
Comfortable Crossfit shoeReview by mik3
Fit: In typical Addidas form it's narrow on the forefoot area. However it's made of a neoprene material the actually feels good as a narrow shoe. the Heal area is a lot more supportive than my INOV-8 and the Reebok Nano 2.0.
Build Quality: I love the neoprene and it's reinforced rubber material to provide some rigitiy, however it doesn't have much protection in the toe box area. The laces are the right length and stay tied.,
Arch support is amazing, I feel connected and supported. Helps during Box jumps and Runs.
My Conclusion: It's a great option to Reebok and INOV-8. Not as Minimal as the INOV-8 but the I'm finding I like that tiny bit of support. It's light and feels great. Not as open as the Rebook Toe box but I believe the stretchy material allows good natural movement. Looks wise...well it looks red online but I find that it also has a pinkish look in bright light.
