Kyle Kasperbauer

Kyle Kasperbauer is a former state champion wrestler and two-time Division II All-American football player who took his competitive edge to CrossFit in 2009. Kasperbauer has competed at both the individual and team levels at the Reebok CrossFit Games, representing CrossFit Omaha. He has won three consecutive North Central Regionals (2012-2014) and finished in the Top 20 at the Games each of those years, highlighted by a bronze medal performance in 2012.

Nicknamed “Special K” by his workout partners, Kasperbauer focuses on being as well-rounded of an athlete as possible, but loves Olympic lifts and anything with muscle ups. His Rogue Signature Series t-shirt features one of the slogans that best defines him: “All Heart.”

Outside of training, Kyle is a husband and proud father.
