A former state champion wrestler and two-time Division II All-American football player, Kyle Kasperbauer took his competitive edge to CrossFit in 2009. After competing as a member of Team CrossFit Omaha in 2010 and 2011, he entered the individual ranks in 2012 and would go on to win the North Central Regional three years in a row. He finished in the Top 20 at the CrossFit Games each of those years, as well, highlighted by a bronze medal performance in 2012. Kyle’s 2015 season was cut short by a shoulder injury, but he’s eager to come back strong for the 2016 Games.

In his training, Kasperbauer feels most at home with Olympic lifts and muscle ups, but he’s constantly working to improve every aspect of his performance. His Rogue Signature Series t-shirt features one of the slogans that best defines him: “All Heart.”

Kasperbauer makes his home in Omaha, Nebraska, and is a proud husband and father.
