Beastie Hook

The Beastie Hook is an accessory for the Beastie Ball and helps massage hard to reach trigger points, specifically within smaller muscle groups.

  • Use to massage the upper back, shoulders and neck to break up knots and decrease tension.
  • Bumps on the Beastie Ball allow for deeper massage to increase range of motion and flexibility.
  • Made with solid steel construction for long-lasting durability.
  • The Beastie Ball can easily be snapped in and out of the hook for versatile usage.

This product also comes with a user’s guide including basic mobility exercises to get you started. If you’d like more advanced, detailed instruction we recommend Jeff Alexander’s SMR Tips DVD for the Rumble Roller & Beastie Ball.

Beastie Hook is rated 2.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not enough pressure The beastie ball itself is a great tool for trigger point massage, but this hook is not designed very well. The muscles of the neck and upper back require a lot of pressure to actually get into the muscle and create change. The problem with the hook is that it bends with applied pressure, so even if the beastie ball creates small little pressure points for increased force, the hook actually takes it away because the metal is so soft. The result is that you have to apply extra pressure by pulling down on the hook to actually get into the muscle which is very tiring when you are doing multiple areas. You would do better with one of those plastic hook ones with the circle knob at the end. With those a little goes a long way.
