Broadening Horizons: Rogue’s Branch Fat Bar and Beam Fat Bar
In strength training, the need for variety isn’t limited to the range of exercises in your regimen—it applies to equipment, as well. This is why Rogue has created two new advanced “fat bar” options, designed to improve grip and forearm strength while adding a challenging new dimension to pulls and dead lifts for the seasoned weightlifter.
Both the Branch Fat Bar and Beam Fat Bar start with the same 1 ½” pipe as the Rogue Axle, with 14” inches of loadable space and weight capacities topping 550 lbs. The distinction comes in the Branch and Beam’s 38 ½” fat grip areas.

Review by LevineQualityI bought the beam bar close to a month ago. First of all its a completley unique and different (at least for me) lift feel. Ill try an be modest but i have what i consider a strong grip but this bar through me through a loop. i couldnt believe how difficult it was just to pick up and hold. Its comparable of trying to palm a basketball when your hands are barely big enough. The best use i have found is to use very light weight (tens) and hold it about an inch out from my legs, for time, after farmerwalks or deadlifts.| Review for: Branch & Beam
As I have said before this bar isn't what i expected, but it has a well deserved spot in my routine and I am becoming more dynamic because of it.
