I ordered it on a Sunday and it shipped the next business day and showed up that Friday. I was missing the HG collar, but when I messaged Rogue a representative contacted me and sent me a replacement right away and even sent it through 2nd day shipping. I bought the Delta package as a first step at putting together my garage gym, and after my great experience with Rogue, I'm definitely going back to them for my gym needs.
