Rated 5 out of 5 by from High Quality I just got these today. Man do the pictures not do them justice. I don't know what it is about pictures, but they really don't capture just how solid and big these things are. They are beautiful. I bought them because I plan on getting a Monster power rack and my current el cheapo rack came with really pathetic j-cups that seemed wobbly even with only 315 on it. My rack also is 3x3 with 1" holes so these were the only choice to make. I put the Rogue babies on and slapped 405 on it just to see how it stood up. I have to say it seemed like nothing to them. It seemed very obvious that they can handle 500 or 600 lbs. Not sure I can say the same for the rack itself. I haven't worked out yet today so all I did was take it off the rack and put it back to see how they may have wobbled, etc. No wobble at all. Plastic on the bottom and in back, and there is a slight angle on the cups so the bar rolls to the back gently so it doesn't ever hit the very front of the cup that has no plastic. I know Rogue puts some specs on their products for what works for which product, but it would be nice if the specs were spelled out better. Not every newcomer to the site is going to really know what Echo, Infinity, Monster Lite, and Monster really mean. A chart with the rack thickness dimensions and hole size for each type of rack and product would really clear up the confusion real quick. I almost bought the Monster-Lite because I was going to buy the Monster-Lite power rack. But because my current rack has 1" hardware I needed to buy the Monster j-cups... and this has resulted in locking me into a Monster power rack when I pull the trigger on that. I'm not complaining... it's probably the better rack for me anyway.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fine J-Cups I have 2 pairs of these installed on each side of my Rogue R-3 power rack. One pair is situated at the right height for my squat while the other pair is setup for my bench press. I do not have to move these around as they are perfectly placed and thus stay in place permanently. I have used them for a few months now and they hold up very well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Standard Moster J Cups Great for the price. After a year of usage, the bar has rubbed the paint off. Sunce there is no protective plastic in the front in has started to rub the bar. Will probably upgrade j-cups in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Huge improvement I purchased these to retrofit my Parabody Rack. With minimal modification I was able to make these work. Its a dramatic improvement and as always fast shipping, perfect quality.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from J-Cup I like the concept of these being lined with a protective plastic, but one of the screw bolts for the lining sticks out and catches my bar when I do shoulder presses. Kind of frustrating for $65.00 I've tried screwing it in more, but no go. Currently, I use these for squats, and use the J-hooks that came with my stand for shoulder presses. Good J-hooks, and the liner is great, but the bolts sticking out are disappointing.
