Hells to The YEA!!
Review by Zach Even - Esh -
OK, I've set this bad boy up in my garage! It is built like a tank, does NOT wobble, and I use it for the basics!Quality
Military presses, benching, pull ups, squats, etc.
The price is RIGHT.
It's small enough for a tight garage like mine, and for holding plates I snagged the plate tree on wheels.
If I was getting this for my gym I would want plate Tress ON the rack, not sure if they make them with tree on the rack, but the plate tree on wheels is perfect 4 home!

Exceeds Expectations
Review by Bill -
I researched this purchase for a long time before deciding on the R-3. The rack is of extremely high quality and it exceeds my expectations. The delivery was prompt, assembly was a piece of cake, and mounting to the concrete was a breeze. Once mounted, this thing doesn't budge. Easily adjusted for exercises. The pullup bars are a great feature. The finish on the rack is really nice. I can not recommend more highly.Quality

Awesome Rack for a Home Gym
Review by Greg -
I shopped several different vendors before choosing my rack for a home gym. You simply can't beat the quality of the R3 for anywhere near its price! I’m 6’0” and 185#. I can do kipping pull-ups on it, strict pull-ups, and dips (with the matador) with little to move movement in the rack. And, it obviously works great for all of your Olympic lifts and bench based lifts. I would definitely recommend this piece of equipment!Quality

Solid Rack
Review by Jamie -
This is a solid rack with quality construction. I have done 600+ lb squats and rack pulls off this rack with no swaying at all.Quality

Outstanding
Review by Travis -
Delivery was timely, products arrived without damage.Quality
The rack is very sturdy, and easy to assemble. I appreciate the fact it is almost entirely welded construction (as opposed to bolts...more assembly work and not as sturdy).
I hesitated to bolt it to my garage floor, but after getting it done I did not regret it. Extremely stable. J-hooks are well constructed and not abrasive to knurling.
The rack does "sway" side to side a bit, but it is a fair trade-off for the additional "walk forward space" in the shins.
I would like to add some vertical plate storage, but from the looks of it it could possible get in the way of my squats.
Other than that an outstanding addition to my gym!

Solid!
Review by Scott -
This rack is bullet proof. I researched power racks for my garage gym for a long time before going with the R3, and I am very happy with the decision! All the extras like one inch hole spacing through the bench area, band pegs and fat bar pull up bar are awesome! This is the best bang for your buck you will find!Quality

Perfect!
Review by Dan -
Everything about this screams quality. This rack is heavy duty and I love the finish. This is simply the best no-nonsense power rack I have found. The J hooks are simple to move and the 1" spacing is great. The fat grip pull-up bar and the included band pegs put it over the top. You aren't going to find a better rack at this price.Quality

Only equipment you need
Review by Wild Man -
This rack is literally the only thing you need for fitness. With the safety pins I can safely push myself alone without a spotter. My garage is narrow so the 30 inch front to back was perfect for my situation. The rack itself is top quality. It'll probably outlive me and my kids. You do need to anchor it into the concrete. I rented a hammer drill and used concrete wedge anchors in 2 of the 3 holes in each foot. Cant say enough good things about it. Im in love.Quality

Like a Rock
Review by MuskyNut -
I purchased the R3 westside rack with an additional pull up bar and assembled my unit with the pull up bars vertical on each end instead of overhead, then I bolted the unit to my basement floor with 3" redhead anchors. I will say this unit is like a rock with no movement at all while I use it. Very high quality product. Well engineered with quality craftsmanship and durable attractive powder coating. My kids love using it also competing with each other doing pull ups. Nice job Rogue Fitness.Quality

GREATEST rack!
Review by Kate 'killer Rawlings -
I love this rack because it allows me lift heavy when I'm alone thanks to t he safety squat bars as well as have my male clients lift heavy without a spotter. As a 135lb woman i'm useless as a spotter for a 300lbs plus lift.Quality

Best rack ever!
Review by Gear head -
I love this rack. The practicality and versatility behind it are awesome. Incredibly easy to set up for any kind of band work and this thing is bomb proof. Also takes up much less space than other racks out there so I can still make the most of my space. Impossible to get bored with this rack and all the variations of lifts you can do in it and with it. The fat bar and regular bar option for the top pull up bar is killer as well.Quality

Love this rack!
Review by Benchy McSquat -
I can't say enough about how great this rack is. I find the 2 x 3 uprights make it much more sturdy than a basic 2x2 rack. The 1" hole spacing through the bench region allows me to bench without a spotter since I can put the safeties at just the right height so that I can bench normally but if I get stuck all I need to do is collapse my arch and the bar rests safely on the pins and allows me to sneak out. I squat in this rack with plenty of room to spare, I've used it with reverse band movements and regular style bands and it works like a charm. It is solid as a rock. There are other bigger, flashier power racks out there, but this one has absolutely everything you actually need at an amazing price. If I was setting up an affiliate I would probably buy at least 5 of these badboys.Quality
