Production Supervisor

Full-Time

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Position Description: Supervises the Machining, Sewing or Assembly departments by adhering to all company constraints from hour-to-hour into long-term goals. We are looking to fill positions on both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Position Responsibilities

  • Willing to work the hours needed to get the job done. We don’t have 40 hr/week positions.
  • Supervises, motivates and assigns specific responsibilities to team members.
  • Monitors team member attendance, productivity, and other performance markers. Provides counseling to team members, as required.
  • Coordinates work with General Supervisor and Manufacturing Superintendent.
  • Recommends changes in procedures to improve the operating efficiency of the unit.
  • Enforces all company work and safety rules.
  • Familiar with company policies and procedures, including human resources policies.
  • Educate direct reports to be able to operate independently and cohesively from other Manufacturing departments.

CNC Machinist

Full-Time

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Position Description: Produces machined parts and builds fixtures by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine, maintains quality and safety standards, keeps records and maintains equipment and supplies.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Operate computer-controlled machines to perform one or more machine functions on metal work pieces.
  • Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures.
  • Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and work pieces on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
  • Stop machines to remove finished work pieces, or to change tooling, setup, or work piece placement, according to required machining sequences.
  • Check to ensure that work pieces are properly lubricated and cooled during machine operation.
  • Set up and operate computer-controlled machines or robots to perform one or more machine functions on metal work pieces.
  • Monitor machine operation and control panel displays, and compare readings to specifications in order to detect malfunctions.
  • Clean machines, tooling, and parts, using solvents or solutions and rags.

Position Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Machinist field.
  • Must have previous CNC and fixture building experience.
  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
  • Must be able to lift 80 pounds.
  • Must read prints in order to Q/C work. 

Manufacturing Supervisor

Logistics Coordinator

Position Description: Support the manufacturing facility with all aspects of shipping and receiving.

Position Responsibilities

  • Schedule inbound and outbound deliveries.
  • Help with various manufacturing operations (picking, loading, unloading) as necessary. 
  • Identifies, develops, and manages process improvement projects specifically aimed at improving operational efficiencies. 
  • Support production planning and inventory reconciliation.
  • Pushing on shipments during the golden hour in order to get product to our Warehouse in time for the 6:00pm deadline.

Senior Web Designer

Full-Time

Position Description: The Senior Web Designer will design and implement web and mobile UX features.  Collaborate with graphic designers and front end programmers to make aesthetic updates.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic or web design.
  • 6+ years experience in graphic and web design.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite Products (mostly Photoshop and Illustrator).

Video Producer

Position Description: The person we are looking for is self-motivatived, proactive, versed in all aspects of video production from conceptualizing, storyboarding, and scripting to shooting and editing. Many of our projects require quick turnaround but still require a high integrity of work. Managing time effectively and being efficient with task and priorities is essential to performing well in this position.

Our projects range from short, fun and informative product videos to lifestyle and documentary video shorts. Additionally we also strive to promote our company's culture and expertise in the fitness industry via creative and exciting commercials for annual events. We promise you won't be bored. Partly because it's impossible and partly because you aren't allowed to be.

We supply all shooting and lighting equipment and are always looking to build our arsenal of gear with the latest and greatest tools needed to make the most creative vids possible. We currently are using a Cannon 5D Mark III with bells and whistles. We edit in a combination of Final Cut Pro, After Affects, and Adobe Premier.

Position Requirements

  • 4+ years of video shooting and editing experience.
  • Very polished portfolio of video work.
  • Proficiency in Final Cut Pro X, After affects, Adobe Premier and Photoshop.
  • Strong storyboarding skills.
  • Be able to add and subtract.
  • Not shy / integrates well with a team.
  • Positive attitude (This sounds like a generic one but it’s very important).

CAD Technician

AP/AR Clerk

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Position Description: Performs accounts payable and receivable functions including receiving and matching invoices, account coding, preparation of disbursements and accounts payable related record keeping.

Position Responsibilities

  • Receives and Processes vendor invoices and internal check requests.
  • Maintains open files for purchase orders, packing/receiving slips and matches invoices.
  • Verifies invoices for quantity, unit pricing, extensions and applicable discounts.
  • Obtains approval from appropriate personnel for payment of miscellaneous invoices.
  • Codes invoices with accounting account numbers according to distribution in the general ledger.
  • Determines dates for invoices to be paid, enters invoices into the system accounts payable module & maintains open invoice files for unpaid invoices.
  • Reviews invoices scheduled for payment and special check requests with the A/P Controller.
  • Prints approved checks, prepares and routes for signature according to check signing authority.
  • Receives and answers phone calls from vendors or other department regarding invoice status.
  • Performs new vendor set ups.
  • Maintain certificate of insurance and all other vendor related files.
  • Coordinates collection and coding of receipts of all company credit cards.
  • Coordinates all year end 1099 distribution.
  • Understands accrual basis of accounting to ensure proper month-end reporting.

Industrial Sewing Team Leads, and Operators

Position Description: Operate industrial sewing machine to gather, hem, and reinforce materials.

Position Responsibilities

  • Take direction from supervisor to construct product, meeting quality and productivity standards.
  • Sew multiple styles.
  • Be able to prepare machine by changing needles and thread, oiling and changing bobbin, and securing attachments.
  • Sew materials together by guiding material under machining needle.
  • Perform general housekeeping in manufacturing area.

Position Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in industrial sewing setting.

  • Identifies, develops, and manages process improvement projects specifically aimed at improving operational efficiencies.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and weld symbols.

Position Requirements

  • Previous warehouse /distribution experience is preferred, but not a must.
