Mike,
The schedule is here http://www.roguefitness.com/calendar.php
We have a 630AM class as well as an 8PM that might work if you are on third.
D-ball is a rubber ball filled with sand, great all around med ball especially for slam ball
Dynamax med balls are leather with a much larger diameter, top notch quality for all drills
Stop in to see ours before you buy one so you can get a feel for the difference. I don't recommend a 25# ball, that would have very limited use. Go for 20# on the D-ball and 16-20# on Dynamax.
See you next week, the Dynamax is easier on your nose if it happened to come in contact with it, hee hee
