Derek Metts during our evening Boot Camp workout. Derek made it in to our new facility, now Brandt and Michelle need to come in! We focused on rings today with a little intensity thrown in there.

It was great seeing new faces tonight!!! welcome everyone!
I am taking tomorrow off and maybe Friday... 10K Sat... I am dead,,, my form sucked tonight which frustrated me... that run last night after the workout kicked my ass!! but I love it....
