One of the characteristics that really distinguishes us from the rest of the fitness industry is the active feedback we give to our members. We are a community of fitness enthusiasts and trainers first and foremost. It is this attitude that drives the way we do business, not the addition of more clients that we hope never come back (like some other unnamed big-box gyms).
