What is the female smile that we see in here everyday? I was just talking to Coach McCauley in Savanna and he said that he sees this as well. When the ladies that workout here learn the Olympic lifts or get their first pullup, I always see this smile. The sense of achieving something they didn't think was possible and the mind sends the signal for a SEG. The picture above has two women doing kipping pullups and they both had the same smile when they finally got their first pullup. I can't wait to see more people achieve the unthinkable.
