Overview

A new variation on one of the sturdiest rigs in the industry, the Monster Lite Rig offers the 3x3”, 11-gauge steel uprights of Rogue’s Monster Series at a reasonable, budget-friendly price. The ML-10, in particular, delivers considerable value in a practical package, with two squat/bench racks and six pull-up stations covering just an 11’x7’ footprint. It might be the smallest member of the freestanding Monster Lite family, but for jumpstarting a new training center or Affiliate, the ML-10 is a solid, all-in-one solution.

Like the standard Monster rig, the Monster Lite’s ultra-stable 3x3” design allows it to sustain the intense regular use demanded by serious athletes. As a distinction, however, the Monster Lite features 5/8” bolts and fasteners, rather than the 1” holes of the standard Monster rig. This makes the Monster Lite compatible with Rogue’s Infinity Rig crossmembers.
