Simply attach the Repboards' strap around your torso, making sure it sits at the top of your abdominal wall, where your abs meet your chest. The Repboards' strap has a hook and loop strip for attaching the Repboards baseboard. This allows you to get in position on the bench before applying the Repboard(s), so you can make sure you locate it in the correct position for you.
The baseboard has a hook and loop attachment on the bottom. This needs to be attached to the strap once you have the strap in position, and have interlocked the number of Repboards you require ( if more than one), to the baseboard.
The baseboard has a large hook and loop area covering the length of the baseboard, this allows you to get the baseboard in a location that suits you, as some lifters like to bring the barbell down to near the top of their chests, and others prefer to bring the barbell down to the button of their chest, where the chest meets the abs.
