Safely set new records!

One of the biggest problems with getting new athletes to perform box jumps is the very real fear of injuring themselves while doing the movement. Advanced athletes are also reluctant to push their limits on taller boxes for the same reason. If an athlete does not commit to the jump out of fear, the chances of getting hurt further increase.

Rogue Foam Plyometric Boxes solve this problem. They are firm enough to perform plyometric movements, but soft enough that they will not injure your shins if you miss. You can customize the height of the box so that athletes can either work their way up to a prescribed workout height or up to a personal max box jump.

  • Heights available: 6", 12", 20", and 24", and the ability to stack the boxes
  • Ultra dense foam core with softer foam on all 6 sides
  • Covered with heavy duty vinyl with
  • Large hook and loop strips on all 4 sides ensure the boxes will not slip when stacked

The boxes can also be used for athletes working on improving the depth of their squat or for athletes that need a tactile cue to learn where their perfect bottom position will be without completely unloading the posterior chain.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A SUGGESTION Looks awesome. Maybe some type of mat with velcro points that align with the box so it can be secured to the floor to stop the chance of roll over be included.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Some good some bad I bought several sets of these my box, was really excited about the ease and safety of them. I'll start with the good, very easy to store, safe on knees/shins. The negative is a big one for me, these boxes will tip over easily if not landed on correctly. We were doing step overs the other day and had a member step on the edge of the box and it came tumbling under him. If I could do it over id trade them in for wood boxes

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Saving Grace I had a wood box and fell and did quite a number on my shins. The box jump, even 20 inch, had been this unicorn for me at CrossFit where other people just seem to jump without any effort. I knew I could do the jump, but I am not as young as I use to be and I don't heal as fast as I used to. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my foam box!! I can still do the WODs and RX the box jump height. I just ordered a 24 inch box and am anticipating its arrival. Assuming I make the jump, it will be my first to that height. I did jump on the wood box again, under peer pressure, but, I know, that with these boxes, even if I fall, I am ok. I can get right back up without something being torn off or broke. Thank you Rogue for making these, and thank you ever more for having them at Regionals.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great! I received this box for my 50th birthday. Best gift ever! Many people would not have ever attempted a box jump if I hadn't gotten this box. Would replace all our wooden boxes with these, if we could.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Decision So far I have the 12 and 24inch foam boxes from Rogue, and they are excellent. Clients love using them, from super athletes to complete general population clients. All of them are saying that they are much more confident using them vs wood or steel boxes. If standing out for professionalism is something you're shooting for at your gym, these are a must, because 1) most gyms in your area don't have them, and 2) clients will recognize that you care about their safety, and they will repay you with loyalty. Waiting on the 6inch to get in stock so I can get that one too. Bill

Rated 5 out of 5 by from if you can afford, them get them I bought a full set after my wooden box sent me to the emergency room twice - once for a broken toe when I dropped the box on it and the other time for stiches for my shin. They work just as you expect. Great for every day workouts...even better for max jumps...which are fun, great training to fully open the hips and a decent measure of your recovery. All without the potential for injury - there's nothing worse than a training session setting you backwards on your goal. I only wish rogue sold one, two and half ince pads!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good so far The box has been holding up well, I got it right when they came out. You need to rotate it so you're not always jumping onto the same point because the cushioning will start to stay down. Once the 6" is back in stock I'll be buying one for my wife.
