This rope is evil. It has a very heavy PVC cable that will build stamina and strength. Double-unders on this are not impossible, just not very smart! This beast get's it's name from the traditional jump ropes found in every Muay Thai gym throughout Thailand.

Review by ScottacusQualityI have done jump rope in my workout for about a year now and needed something to make my warm ups shorter and harder. This definitely does the trick. It's doesn't feel that heavy at first but give it a couple minutes and your arms and heart rate will say otherwise.
