This is the shoe that started the revolution!
If it's not broke don't fix it. The Rogue Do-Win has a new colorway but retains the same great characteristics that have made it a classic.
These offer better breathability by using mesh inserts and greater stability from two shorter velcro tarsal straps and a lower heel, when compared to the regular Do-Wins.

Here is what Casey Burgener has to say about the Rogues:
"The new Rogue weightlifting shoe is a huge improvement to the older style of Do-Win's. The heel height, increased ventilation, and overall comfort make them a top choice for weightlifters of all skill levels. This is a great set of weightlifting shoes."
Thanks Casey!
Rogue Weightlifting shoes are warrantied for 30 days. These shoes are made for weightlifting only because of the soles rigid design. Doing movements such as box jumps, sprints, jump roping, and anything else that will cause extreme flex to the sole will compromise the integrity of the shoes.

I love my Do-Wins!!
Review by LizQualityI cannot put into words how much I love these shoes! I just received mine last week, and used them in a CrossFit competition over the weekend. I was able to put 30lbs on my clean and set a new PR!! I felt so stable through all of my lifts, and was amazed at how previously harder lifts came much easier for me. The only thing I would say is that they might run a little small. I ordered a size 5 (I'm a women's 6.5), and my feet are a little snug. Hopefully they will stretch out a little, but even if they don't, they are neither uncomfortable nor hindering. Thanks, Rogue!! :)| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"Great shoe!
Review by Jeff L.QualityI'd been lifting barefoot for a long time, and had always heard how a good pair of shoes would help my form in various lifts, but was always skeptical until I tried these shoes.| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"
I'm a total convert now! I had originally ordered the Adidas shoes, which were far too narrow for me, so I put a little extra money toward these after reading that they were a better fit for people with wider feet. I ordered a true to size 12, and while they are ever so slightly looser than my size 12 Asics running shoes, it's a comfortable loose rather than a sloppy loose. When tied on normally and strapped down, the shoes are a solid fit and my feet aren't wedged in at all.
Now I have a great connection to the floor while squatting and deadlifting, and the heel support feels great even on non-leg days, when I do overhead barbell presses. The soles somehow manage to grip my slick garage floor as well. The only thing I would alter is adding a removable insole so the lifter could use custom inserts for arch support.
Overall very impressed with the shoes. Great job, Rogue!Great Investment
Review by SteveQualityI'll start with the fact that I have Large Flat Feet, Size 14 4E, and these shoes fit perfectly. I was used to squating in Flat bottomed shoes (Chucks, Airwalks) and didn't think I needed a dedicated pair of lifting shoes. I was completely wrong. These shoes make me feel more secure on the floor and helped alleviate some mobility issues I have had with my hip and being able to hit full depth on my squat. I look forward to using these for quite a while.| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"Solid Shoes
Review by MikeQualityUsed to squatting in flat bottom skate boarding shoes (etnies) which werent bad but these were a nice change. Being 6'2" squatting has never really been mechanically easy. Damn you long legs. The raised heel of these shoes made a nice difference. I also like the strap at the forefoot as it allows me to really tighten the fit and feel solidly grounded. Most reviews on here say to buy a half size smaller than your normal shoe. For me .5 size just wasnt enough it still felt a bit sloppy. I normally wear 11 shoes and finally settled on size 10 in these. This is my first pair of weightlifting shoes so I cant really compare them to others brands, but I like the snug fit and solid feel. Also, not a bad looking shoe either.| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"Didn't know what I was missing out on
Review by Josh MQualityI bought these last week. Just used them last night for the first time for squats. Wow! This is the first pair of true weightlifting shoes that I have owned. I was amazed at the difference in stability during squats. I am used to squatting in Chucks, so this was a big difference to me. I look forward to using them. As far as the feel of the shoe, it is very comfortable. I ordered a half size down from my regular shoe and the fit was great. The shoe is just a basic design, so no real style points, but I am using them to lift in, not get on the cover of GQ. If you are on the fence about buying the shoes, get off the fence and make the investment.| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"Solid build, excellent gains
Review by Dennis LeongQualityI've had these shoes since mid-April and they have proved very durable. I used to squat in Vibram FiveFingers but the heel lift in this shoe definitely helps. It also feels very strong and supportive when I'm pushing hard at the bottom of my squat, trying to spread the ground with my feet. Power cleans have been more solid too. If in doubt, go small because I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 for regular shoe sizes and went with an 8 for the Rogue. It fits like a glove.| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"love these shoes
Review by melQualityI am an amateur female power lifter and I love these shoes. I read some reviews that said that girls may find the toe of this shoe too large and boxy, but if you are used to wearing chucks you will find that these are no different. I normally wear a ladies size 8 and I got these in a 6.5 and they fit great. I love them for squats, and I must confess I have been wearing them for bench (for the extra height and leverage) and for seated shoulder press for the great grip they give me on the floor!| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"
If you are a female lifter and you aren't sure if this shoe will work for you - it will!!Feels great!
Review by MacQualityThese are my first pair of weight lifting shoes and I really notice the difference in the bottom of my squat.| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"Who needs steroids?
Review by EstrebilloQualityThese shoes are sincerely the best purchase I've ever made as far as my lifting goes. I am able to hit depths on my squats that have the guys at my gym scared to watch me lift.| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"
They've also helped me improve my deadlift. The heel keeps the weight where it should be and my knees happy. I squat heavy 6 days a week in these bad boys and all is well.So far....awesome
Review by Phill M.QualityI've had these for a month and can directly attribute a more sound approach to the bar b/c of these shoes. The heel rise isn't drastic but enough to maintain a solid 'rooting' to the floor. Love the suede, this makes the upper more approachable and supple, avoiding much of the break in time needed with other shoes. Ordered mine on size and the fit is awesome, but could see if you had a narrower foot the fit may require a smaller shoe.| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"
Only down side is the tongue tends to fold/crease a bit causing the fit to become uncomfortable when tightening down the straps.
Great shoe/quality product!Great shoe! I got blown away!!
Review by JosephQualityI've been lifting for a little over 5 years. From the first time I started lifting I loved squats and olympic lifting. Don't do what I did in those 5 years. I didn't buy these shoes. I would've made bigger gains earlier and would've eluded injuries. This shoe is great. I have no idea why I waited so long to get these shoes. I feel great in these shoes. If we're talking about stability then yes! This shoe is amazing. Never felt so stable while lifting. Builds confidence under the bar. I say don't wait any longer, just make the investment. You won't regret it.| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"
Oh! Long laces and long straps are kinda a downer but you know? It's alright for first shoe. Also order a half size down from your regular shoe size. I usually wear a 10 for casual and running shoes. I ordered a 9.5 and it fits perfectly!
Happy lifting everyone! Why did I wait so long?!
Review by PedroQualityAfter almost 4 years of Crossfit I finally decided to drop some money on a pair of lifting shoes. All I can say is I should listened and done this a LONG time ago. The Rogue Do-Wins are comfortable, stable, solid, and look great. As other reviewers have mentioned, the laces/straps are unusually long (but they don't get in the way) and you will most likely want to go with a 1/2 size smaller than your running shoes. I wear an 11.5 running shoe and the 11 fits perfectly..| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"As good, maybe even better, than advertised
Review by ClintQualityI honestly did not think that switching from standard crossfit shoes to the Do-Wins would make that much of a difference in my olympic lifts. Let's be honest I'm not breaking any records or winning any medals anytime soon. These shoes though immediately added power to my lifts. I feel the ground more and I feel the firmness in the heel more than I do in my Nanos and Inov8s. These really allow me to feel more stable as I push off the floor especially when I'm driving out of the hole in my squats. Shoot even my pistols got better from the first time I put them on. Awesome shoes!| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"Great lifting shoe!
Review by PeteQualityQuality of the shoe is an easy 5. Lifting with them has changed confidence under the bar. The only issue I had was with sizing. I wear a 12 in New Balance, Brooks, and Asics. I ordered a 12 and they were pretty big. They have a great return policy and exchanged them. I made the mistake of getting 11 the next time. They are just a bit snug but wasn't going to pay for shipping a third time. I would recommend a .5 size smaller than the above running shoes.| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"Sole Problem
Review by Stu BQualityI love everything about these shoes but after a few months of just strength training I started Olympic Lifting. In my second session the sole started peeling away at the toe (rear foot on the jerk).| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"BEST INVESTMENT FOR WEIGHTLIFTING SHOES
Review by Daniel S.QualityI have 4E feet and never can go to a normal store to purchase shoes. I was hesitant to buy these shoes as I got many mixed reviews about them fitting wide feet. I ordered a half a size smaller than my running shoes and they fit PERFECT. They are very comfortable and using them for squats was incredible! They are very easy to put on a can be adjusted to keep them very snug, which is very important when doing heavy lifts. If you have the right size, they will not slip at all when doing lifts. I cannot believe how much of a difference a simple shoe can make when you lift. I highly recommend these to anyone who is serious about stability and weightlifting. I cannot come up with any "cons" to the shoe. Appearance, fit, quality, and performance are all A+ and worth every dollar. ** Remember to NOT use them for anything that will cause the sole to bend since that will compromise the integrity of the shoe. I didn’t read this part as indicated on the website! **| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"Overall Great Shoe!
Review by Austin WQualityI bought these right at the start of my crossfit strength bias cycle and they work great. Ordered a half size down as well and they fit perfect. They did however take a couple days to break them in but they are perfect now. Great investment you won't regret!| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"Review of Rogue lifting shoes> my new love of footwear.
Review by DanQualityAmazing Shoes.| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"
Definietely the longest laces I have ever seen... and the straps are a bit too long aswell, not a worry though as this is really not an issue...
I have seen massive improvements in my lifting since wearing my Do Wins and would not think about lifting without them!!
Thanks Rogue for a great product!Awesome Shoes
Review by EricQualityI have been using rogues do wins for seven months , they have been awesome shoes.| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"
I wear them about an hour and a half , five days a week and they still look like new .
I would recomend these shoes to anybody.Great Investment
Review by Nathan L.QualityI am also doing Starting Strength as ^^ is doing. Great program, and it incorporates the "big five" barbell movements. I'm judging on the squat, bench, deadlift, military press, and power clean.| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"
Now, onto the review.
Pros:
+ Makes me feel much more stable on the lifts.
+ "Instant connection" to the ground on PC.
+ Sexy?!
+ Could be fit to loose or tight (depending on what you want)
+ Incomprehensible heel
+ Great for squat, deadlift, military press, power clean.
+ Rogue has EXCELLENT costumer support.
Cons:
- Could be just me, but I have a hard time pushing my legs against the ground when benching.
- Straps are a tad too long for me.
Overview:
I honesty think that these shoes are the best investment I have everLog in to leave a reviewOne of the best investments
Review by Chris E.QualityI purchased these shoes after 6 months on the SS LP. After reading countless articles (most from 70sbig.com) about gear/shoes. I knew I had to make the investment. I wear a size 9.5 in a New Balance running shoe and Rogue recommended a half size down. I ordered the size 9. They fit excellent, I love the tightness with both metatarsal straps. I can't compare these to other shoes since this is my first pair of WL shoes. As far as comfort they are very nice, they appear to be well made and the were shipped extremely quickly. Overall this was a solid purchase and has already helped out my lifts tremendously. I would highly recommend.| Review for: Rogue Weightlifting Shoes - 3/4"
