RumbleRollers

The RumbleRoller was specifically designed to mimic thumb-like massage pressure in order to break up knotted muscle fibers, decrease muscle tension and diminish muscle tightness. This roller is much more aggressive than the conventional foam roller and is able to get deeper in the muscle fascia to reach the toughest trigger points.

RumbleRoller options:

Blue

  • Recommended if just switching from conventional foam roller to the RumbleRoller.
  • Softer in pressure compared to the black RumbleRoller.

Black

  • Recommended to those who have already been using the original RumbleRoller.
  • Helps with breaking up deeper, more dense muscle tissue knots.
  • 36% firmer than the original RumbleRoller.

Try using the RumbleRoller when warming-up before workouts to increase blood flow and loosen up the muscle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hits the spot Such a wonderful invention. Really gets in those tight spots and loosens them right up. I need to purchase one for home use. I have only been using the one at the gym but I find I miss it and really want to do it on days I'm not there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must buy I was introduced to the rumble roller while traveling and visiting a local gym. I've always have had issues with should tension. After using the rumble roller, I literally took a pic of the branding on the end and said I have to have one. This roller was very painful but 100% effective at getting in between the shoulder blades and breaking up knots.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gets those tough spots! I had the blue, gave it to my best friend, got the black and man big differnce. I got the mini one in order to take on the plane. Works extrememly well. Have had it for 4 years and still stiff. I didn't use it after my injuries and I am working my way back into it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Become your own masseuse If you've graduated from the softer and harder foam rollers, this is the next step up. Back, hips, glutes, hamstrings, and calves -- the Rumble Roller will change your whole perspective. The nubs really jack up the intensity so this is not for beginners to rolling out or anyone with an injury.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from World traveler I went to India for six weeks. I had been told be very choosey about what I brought with me. I took my small blue Rumble Roller. It went on the plane (long plane ride) and all over India. This roller helped my back get through the travels and home. OM Peace

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Straight from a medieval dungeon This thing is the beat torture device on the market. It gets into all the nooks and crannies and sorts them out in the most excruciating way possible. Then you may ask,"why five stars Travis?" I'll tell you. It works, that's why. Best piece of equipment I have bought in a long time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for your gym bag! We have had one of the black large ones at our box for awhile and liked it so much, we thought we would get the smaller one to fit into our gym bag to take to competitions and such. The smaller one is equally as awesome as the larger version and is compact enough to take anywhere.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Firm and Firmer The Rumble Roller is a new evolution for rolling out muscle groups. Most people are use to soft rollers. These will truly work out the sore and tight muscles. The knobs work deep into the tissue. However, some people may have to work into the Rumble Rollers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rumble Roll towards healing injuries Cheesy subject but the rumble roller offers serious results. I commute on a fixed gear bike and I had a bad fall a few months ago hurting my right leg. I felt tightness from my heel all the way to my shoulder especially on my hip and IT band. I've been doing a lot of castor packs, deep tissue massage with tiger balm and some PT which has helped but in just 3 days of using the rumble roller, my leg feels 'younger.' I had a nagging pain for years in my shoulder (rotator cuff) due to improper training when I was younger and in just 3 days I have been blown away at the range of motion I have regained in my shoulder. Lastly, I spent time on the erector spinae and my posture has also improved significantly. I went with the firm and even though the massochist in me would say "go harder" the firmness of the rumble roller especially on its 'thumbs' is really the key to how effective the roller is. Hats off to the Rogue Fitness team for offering this, it's a must have! (Note: the firm is very firm, even though I make mention that I could go harder, I have a high tolerance for pain especially when going in on trigger points.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW...tough Deep tissue work from a massage therapist has always been beneficial while being quite painful....the Rumble Roller didn't let me down. WOW it really digs into the muscle and loosens things up. I only wish I had ordered the Blue one...the black one is very firm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rumble Roller The rumble roller is truly an outstanding piece of equipment and no crossfitter should go without. it really makes recovery much easier. after you get over the pain of the first few sessions with the roller, it actually is quite relaxing. for those who either do not have the means or the desire for deep tissue massage. the rumble roller is a wonderful alternative. a must buy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolute Necessity This product is great for loosening up tight muscles from the previous day's workout/activity. I use it as a warm up prior to every workout I do (either lifting or metcon). It is also great as part of my cooldown to keep the muscles I just smoked from getting super tight so that I can maintain my workout intensity for several consecutive days. That being said, it does take some getting used to...so I recommend starting with a regular foam roller before jumping into this one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent product Works deep into the tissue. If you abuse yourself at work or at the gym, I highly recommend this product. I like to use it prior to lifting to help warm up and get my blood flowing. Comes with a beginner's manual with good instructions. If the therapy is a bit intense at first, try using against the wall instead of the floor.
