Review by ADQualityOrdered this and love it. Beater bar works great for beginners. I don't even bother with spring collars but they are high quality. Rogue bumper plates certainly minimize noise, are high quality, and adequate for starting out in Crossfit. I stack them to make a 18-24 inch jumping platform as well (unsure how safe this is so I am not advocating this method). Everything is highly durable. Kettlebell is heavier than I anticipated but totally well constructed. Love the 20 pound medicine ball that I completed the package with. Overall everything is top notch quality and very effective. Be aware that UPS will have to "schedule ground delivery", so even though Rogue shipped my package immediately and it wound up in my city the next day, it then sat in UPS warehouse for a week before they could schedule my delivery (this severely pissed me off but is in no way Rogue fault :)| Review for: Socal Complete CrossFitter Package
