Rated 5 out of 5 by from Priceless I wish I had never touched a barbell before I had a chance to read Starting Strength. This video is something I made my son watch before he makes the same stupid mistakes I made for all those years. Even if you think you've got it figured out, I would recommend you get this. I watch it once in a while just as a refresher course.
