Great training Steel Log Bar for schools or strongmen. 10" or 12" diameter makes it very difficult to handle this bar, in turn making it a wonderful training aid. Neutral grip handles add specificity for Strongman training.
7' Log Training Bar
The Log Training Bar is a 7 foot bar with parallel Handles that will fit in standard J-Hooks. This bar is great for training for the log press. The parallel grip is great for putting the shoulders and wrists in a more comfortable position when bench pressing or overhead pressing.
Sorinex 45lb Diamond Bar
The Sorinex Diamond bar is an excellently made trap with the added advantage of fitting in a rack. Allowing for presses and shrugs out of the rack, increasing the versatility over a traditional trap bar. Doing overhead presses with this bar is a lot better for the shoulder joint and has a great benefit for increasing the bench press.
