If you are lucky enough to make it to Westside Barbell you notice that it is a serious atmosphere with zero BS. His gym is basic and rough around the edges (just how we like it!). No mirrors, no useless machines, just a few monolifts and racks, more different types of barbells than anyone should own, tons and tons of 100LB plates, chains and bands, and a small group of loyal disciples dedicated to one thing: adding weight to the bar.
