YORK HARD CHROME BAR WELL WORTH PRICE.
Review by magnumpigQualityI bought one of the 6 ft bars as a solution to a tight space. That was five years ago. It has seen uses for everything from Squats and Bench to Heavy Curls and Rows. Review by BigALQualityI bought the 30mm bar from another company before I discover Rogue. IMO, its a great bar for the powerlifts like the squat and press. But I have small hands, and didn't like it for deadlifts. The Rogue Beater bar was better deadlifts and the speed lifts.
