AB-2 Adjustable Bench

AB-2 Rogue Adjustable Bench

The Ultimate in Versatility, from the Designers of the Nebula 1080 Bench

With more than 50 combinations of seat and back-rest positions to choose from, the AB-2 Rogue Adjustable Bench can easily adapt to each individual athlete, improving the overall efficiency and productivity of any strength training facility. No matter your size, workout preferences, or available training space, this compact, 11-gauge steel bench provides the rare combination of sturdiness and maneuverability that few other adjustable weight benches even attempt to match.

The AB-2 Rogue Adjustable Bench includes six different seat settings and nine additional back rest positions, making it easily among the most versatile weight benches on the market. Unlike most commercial-brand FID benches, though, this customization element is not achieved at the expense of quality craftsmanship. Made in America, the AB-2 is a direct descendant of the time-tested Nebula 1080 Utility Bench, and includes load-bearing rubber feet for stability, cordura edges for enhanced durability, and a convenient handle and wheels for easy mobility.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2.5 Year Review Great bench, with a very high price. Not sure I would purchase again considering advancements in competitors quality and prices. If I did buy again, I would probably pay a little more for the AB-3 so I could do decline sit ups. The price difference isn't that much higher considering they're both almost $1k. -Pro: (Insert standard statement describing it as a "tank"). No question on quality or durability. -Con: the handle gets stuck against the frame frequently and bangs against it as well. The defect is obvious and something Rogue chose to accept and sell. Considering the price it is a little frustrating but no impact to overall function.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent adjustable bench for everything you do I recently outfitted my home gym (all Rogue by choice), and probably spent the most time pondering this purchase out of any other piece of equipment. It is very expensive and a hard decision to make based on the good feedback, yet few bits of discontent here and there in the reviews. Having used the bench now for weeks and many workouts I can positively say it is just like all the other Rogue equipment: bombproof and excellent. Of concern to me was the review discussing the gap between seat and main bench and feeling this on some lifts. Having and using the bench you will see this is really necessary for function in all the wide range of angles and uses, and ultimately I have only really felt it a couple of times and simply slid myself along further or got up and adjusted the position of the bench. This is really a non issue and when you see how tight the seat and main bench fit together using it for inclined lifts you will understand why the engineering is this way. If this still bothers an athlete, maybe they need a separate flat bench? I don’t have room and wanted one to do all. And boy, does it! Incline bench on the rig, bench press, bent over rows, db work. All awesome. The foam is firm and covering high quality. The adjustments are easy and solid. The bench is plenty wide and tall. Last, some reviews mentioned weight and difficulty of moving. In my experience, I can lift the end up with one arm, grab the handle and roll it easily on the wheels. The wheels are quality and roll well on rubber matts. I don't believe you can store this bench on its end. Its just too heavy, but you tell me: when doing barbell or heavy db work on the incline, would you really want a bench thats light weight and creates worry? Excellent bench and worth the money. Kudos Rogue!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredibly solid This bench is incredibly solid. Due to the ability to adjust incline at both ends of the bench I can use this on any workout day. The only issue is my wife wants her own!
