An upgraded design of the Olympic weightlifting shoe used at the Rio Games, the Leistung 16.II by Adidas is equipped with a lockdown BOA closure system, steel laces, a rearfoot cradle, and a TPU midsole for next-level stability on the heaviest lifts. The 38mm heel height is optimized for Olympic snatch and clean and jerk movements, and a synthetic "Powerweave" upper offers unique comfort and breathability.

The German word "Leistung" literally translates to "Performance," and the Leistung 16.II is specifically engineered with the high-performance weightlifter in mind. Foundational strength + comfort + explosiveness.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy purchase Comfy, stylish, on sale. I primarily bought this for Oly lifts. I'm no pro by definition. I would say I have medium width feet. I know Adidas shoes run true to size so for the first time out of the 2 other pair or platform shoes I've bought decided with a size 9. Fits like a glove. I do agree with some other reviews regards to help lift but it's very minor especially when you lace them all the way up and tighten with boa system. You definitely notice the heel drop coming from .75 drop. Definitely a great purchase when on sale. Wouldn't have purchased otherwise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from comfy, functional, well-built Bought these about 2+ weeks ago, very glad that I chose these. The quick-tightening system works very well, the fit and comfort are great, the materials really sturdy, and good-looking.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too Tall Loose heel which is a universal problem Too tall for me but that’s a personal problem Front of foot felt secure Returned for Reebok Legacy’s

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not made for everyone, but made for me I've seen many bad and good reviews about these shoes, but a few of my favorite weightlifters used them, so I decided to go for it. I personally love the looks, but the performance, for the way my body moves, felt even better. Sometimes I do get caught forward like many suggest, but when you land right, boy do I feel perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing I just purchased the Leistung's and they are amazing. Fit true to size, comfortable, and the extra little raise in the heel makes a huge difference. I've been a Nike Weightlifting shoe fan my whole life, but I'm back on the Adidas Weightlifting wagon now! Don't hesitate, worth the money!
