Adidas Powerlift 3 - Women's - Blue Energy

The Women's Powerlift 3 is designed for any type of weightlifting regimen, offering a strong, stable platform, secure fit, expanded width, and unique breathability. The new model comes with updated color palettes, each featuring the iconic Adidas three stripes. You can choose your shoe size and design from the order column on this page.

Every aspect of the Adidas Powerlift 3 was fine-tuned specifically for the needs of the serious weightlifter. This includes a high-density, die-cut midsole and grip-friendly rubber outsole for a firm foundation, as well as a lightweight synthetic leather upper with an instep strap closure for optimal support and a lock-in fit. The shoe's tongue, lining, and collar all have air mesh components to reduce moisture and keep an athlete's feet dry and comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fit! True to size! And fits perfect. Is really hard to find a shoe that fits like it’s suppose to. Just know your true adidas size

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shoe, just not for me. Awesome shoe! Love them for Front Squats, but will be sticking with a flat Chuck Taylor for all other lifts. Don’t get me wrong, I do Paused Front Squats every session and these really hit the Quads and form a good foundation in the hole; for this reason, they are worth the purchase. I’m a 5’11”, 185 lb Male with longer limbs (6’3” wingspan, to give you an idea) so I prefer a flat shoe that allows me to “sit back” and use my Glutes & Hams on Back Squats. Again, it comes down to preference and this pair of scarps does exactly what they’re described to do!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect as advertised I've had these for 6wks now and I couldn't be happier. The velcro ensures they're snug and the solid heel has really streamlined my squatting form. Also, the new angle has renewed the challenge to my legs. Highly recommend.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pros and Cons For context: I powerlift; previously owned Sabos with equivalent .60'' heel rise. Pros: These are gorgeous in blue. And I 10/10 LOVE the "Powerlift" on the strap. The top material seems durable and high quality. You can squat in these with lighter weights. Light olympic weightlifting works as well. Cons: The "high density midsole" is NOT like the TPU ones in Sabos or Adipowers. They 'give' and condense SLIGHTLY in heavier lifts (315 and up maybe). Because of this, they don't feel as stable as my old school Sabos. You also feel that the edges of the feel give more than they should, which I am not a fan of when squatting. These did not make me feel 100% stable and grounded. Because my Sabos are broken, I still use these. My squat max is at 335lbs at 165 body weight. I can squated 270lbs for 4 sets of 6 in these and did not have an issue.
