Rated 5 out of 5 by from Its basically the best text book you'll ever buy Two years later, I'm finally reviewing this. Its long, almost to the point of absurdity. Overly detailed, which I appreciate. With step by step instructions and lots of color pictures, to get you unglued and back training again. Buying more widgets won't fix that upper back or weird knee pain. Reading this book will.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing step up form the first edition I purchased this book sometime ago after getting the first edition more than a year before. This is a much better edition than the first version. The layout alone is worth the purchase of the new edition. This is much easier to navigate and use than the original. The information is much the same, with new information included in the second edition, but some much better laid out and easy to follow and find. I use this book extensively working with athletes and students for mobility exercises and rehab. If you don't have this book you need it. Keep churning out great material.
