Inov-8 F-Lite 250

An update to Inov-8’s popular F-Lite 235 series, the 250 cross-training shoe introduces additional cushioning to the forefoot—allowing for a greater diversity in movement and training styles. Like the 235, this comfortable, lightweight design includes a dense, reinforced heel for lifting stability, a flexible construction for unrestricted, multi-directional movements, and 360-degree Rope-Tec™ traction for tight stops-and-starts and superior rope climbs.

This version of the F-LIte 250 comes classic black and white with a breathable mesh lining. It’s equipped with a toe bumper for extra cushioning during burpees, and it’s durable enough to handle daily abuse inside the gym, on the track, or on the rocks.

  • High-Performance Men’s Cross-Training Shoe
  • Meta-Flex™ technology allows for natural, multi-directional movements
  • Reinforced Power Heel made 40% denser than the forefoot for weightlifting stability

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for Wide Width Feet I have an E width foot, Reebok and Nike do not fit me. I ordered a half size up and got them in the mail the other day. They fit perfect (even with custom insoles). I used them today and they felt great. Only reason they aren't rated 5 stars is I just got them and am not sure how well they will hold up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Missing your Nano 5 or 6? Look no further I bought these as my Reebok Nano 5's finally gave up. I read all the reviews about the new Nano 7's being too narrow. My forefoot is wide so I need a pretty big toe box. I ordered these and crossed my fingers. I used to wear the Nano 5 in a 10 1/2 and I ordered these in an 11. The fit was perfect. They fit and perform as good or better then the Nano 5 and with the padded tongue are more comfortable. Very happy with the purchase. They look durable and the workman ship looks great. We'll see.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all around shoe w/good firm heel. Bought these as a shoe to coach in primarily. When it comes to anything weightlifting I only wear a lifting shoe - even bench press. I'm so accustomed to that hard non compressible sole that any other sneaker just can't compare for stability. I decided to try these because I was hoping they would be a good all around shoe that I could demonstrate Olympic lifts in as well as things like rope climbs and also do some short running (800m or less). These shoes have exceeded my expectations. I strict pressed in them today and noted the great stability the provide. They're light weight and I love the way they look. I wish I could get a pair in red. I wear a size 10 in most other brands. In these I needed a 10.5 for the right fit. Great shoe. Worth the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Have you worn an Inov8 lately? Inov8's used to be all formless minimal racing flats...rope guard or not, that's what they were at heart. I saw a lot of CrossFitters stop wearing them because they just were not ready or adapted to such low cushion/stability. These shoes are a revolution in the Inov8 line thought! With an 8MM heel to toe-drop and stiffer construction in the heel, these wear NOTHING like your beat-up old Flite 195, 235, etc. With the stiffer and higher heel, these are much better for heaving squatting than MetCons. I wear my MetCons all day for coaching and walking my dog. They are so cushioned they are great for that. But when I want to do some heavy back squats or some other mixed mode WOD with a barbell, I reach for these.
