Rated 3 out of 5 by from More of a lifter I bought a pair about a year-and-a-half ago and have gotten great use out of them. Durable,well-made, and they look nice. I use them more as a lifter now though. They're more on the heavier side which makes skipping, box jumps, and over-the-bar burpees harder than they should be. It's a nice beginner shoe for sure. But once you get more advanced, I'd recommend purchasing both a true lifter and a Nano/Metcon shoe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All in one I've been using these for three months and i absolutely love them, they are very versatile you can go from running to box jumps to front squats and they will serve the purpose. Super comfortable, wide, and sturdy on the heels for those heavy PR's also the strap on top give you that stability you'll need. I love them and will buy them again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome rugged shoe Got these in all stealth-black, my favorite WOD shoe and I also own the Nike Metcon 3's. These have a more substantial weight and feel. I feel very planted. I also like all the TPU's, like for the HSPU. These are rock solid on the rope climb too, they don't really give on the top. They can definitely take a punishment... I also love how they're flat on the bottom, giving you support for those barbell lifts. As well as the strap so you can get em even more secure. Even in the bottom of a squat, or deadlift I am rock solid at the bottom. Although I do not own a pair of lifters, I could imagine that the difference would be marginal at best since I am new to crossfit >1 year, and these are my first crossfit shoes. But in the best of all worlds these are a really great all around shoe, that I find myself choosing over the Metcon's 5/6 times on any given workout or day. I have not really ran in them but they would not be too bad for distances less than a couple of miles. Otherwise I would wear my regular running shoes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Well built, but too tall The sole of shoe is too thick, which makes deadlifting feel weird. If the deadlift feels weird, the whole lift is probably going to suck. I could have been fatigued, but I also felt really unstable in the bottom of thrusters. More of a front to back unstable. Side to side they feel fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are solid I've been doing CrossFit for 7 years. Always used minimal shoes (Vivo) for WODS and true lifters (Risto's or Do-Wins) for oly and squats. Had these for 1 week and I love them. Bought them for a specific workout in a competition last weekend and am so impressed I think I'll be wearing them 90% of the time from now on. Today was C&J day. My cleans felt more stable in the bottom than ever. I don't quite get the floor slap sound with these then with my true lifters but thats to be expected since the toes flex. Still very, very solid feeling. Saturday I did a round of Whitten in these (22 swings, 22 BJs, 400m run, 22 burpees, 22 WBs) and I didn't feel they slowed me down on the run or box jumps much if any and they were there for the WBs helping my form. From now on if a WOD has any squats in it whatsoever I'll be wearing these. Btw I don't have any knowledge of competing products because none of the reviews ever made me want to buy them. So glad I waited for these to come out.
