Reebok CrossFit Nano 6.0 – Women’s - Hero Pack

The original shoe engineered for the CrossFit athlete continues to evolve, as Reebok's women's Nano 6.0 introduces a new, anatomical shape, expanded color patterning options, and the addition of an exterior, sandpaper-textured material for better grip on your rope climbs. The Nano 6.0 also carries over the Kevlar® infused mesh upper and polyurethane “NanoShell” of the 5.0's, creating an ultra stable but comfortably breathable shoe, equally at home in the weight room or on the track.

As the official partner of the annual CrossFit Games, Reebok’s understanding of the unique needs of the CrossFitter is evident in every aspect of the Nano 6.0's design. To choose your preferred size and color/pattern, click any of the options from the menu on this page.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tough and comfy I've had my Nano 6's for probably about 9 months now I think. They've been to hundreds of gym session and WOD's and took me through a Spartan Super in the Persian Gulf yesterday. They're dirty but still in one piece and not showing any signs of damage. I like that they're supportive and cushy enough to wear on the trail but not too much - I can still wear them for squats and deadlifts without being pushed forward onto my toes. A great, tough, versatile shoe. I hope the 7's are just as good!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Falling apart I bought these shoes in October and already the soles are falling off. I wear them for normal average joe crossfit work outs, nothing crazy or extreme and they are coming apart. My $40 converse that I've had for over a year and wear for wods and around town are still holding strong. What gives reebok?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Firm base I've had the Nanos for six months now and I won't forget the firm time I wore them. They were stable for weightlifting and light enough for running. The first day I bought them I actually had a running metcon and didn't get blisters. Breaking in is not an issue at all. However, rope climbs are the kryptonite of this pair. A few climbs and the sole lining is coming off. Maybe its my technique. All in all, they are an awesome pair. I won't be in a hurry to dispose them

Rated 5 out of 5 by from preforms amazingly I bought a pair of these when they first came out and they helped my form in lifting, running, jumping, and everything else. I had a pair of metcon 2's before and these out preformed them by far. When it comes to crossfit there is no question... Nanos

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing shoes These are my first Crossfit shoes as I only got into this sport 6 months ago. Right from the get go I loved them. Really comfortable, easy to run, easy to jump with, great for lifting. I actually feel so good in them that I would wear them all day long!!! Good job Reebok. Really glad I waited for these, and didn't rush into buying the nano5.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New to specialty shoes I am a lifelong,, correction, former lifelong Chuck Taylor shoe guy in the gym. I have always worn plain old converse, no matter what I am doing in the gym. Recently I bit the CrossFit bug (since my daughter's are into it) and decided to try some new footwear to go along with the new training style. I've been a competitive powerlifter for a long time with some dabbling in strongman events. I was skeptical at first, but now my Chuck's are permanently gone. Lifting, plyo, sprints, rope work, etc, these shoes handle it all, with waaaayy more comfort and control in the process. I am far from a nimble acrobat, I sound like I weigh 500 lbs when I walk, so I was not sure if a shoe like this would work for me. I was wrong. I would also change my shoes after any heavy lifting was done , and switch to a running shoe for all my cardio, plyo, bw exercises. Now I can leave these on for the wheel workout.
