Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Home Bench The bench has been amazing since the outbreak of COVID-19 and all boxes shutting down. We can do everything we need with this bench. From your standard bench press to using it as a box to jump on. Pad is extremely comfortable and the width feels great as well. Build of absolutely indestructible material and from what i can see i will never need to buy another flat bench the rest of my life.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great multi-use bench, but not for all exercises. I really like the versatility of a flat bench, and this particular model from Rogue is no exception. My husband and I were looking at a few of the benches from Rogue and decided it would be good to invest in both an adjustable bench and a flat bench. One of the great features of this bench, is the ability to loosen the bolts, and refasten them to adjust to uneven surfaces, providing you more support and stability during your workouts. Like everything from Rogue, this bench is overbuilt and made to last. Like I stated, it's versatile (like most flat benches). Despite it's sturdy nature, it's still really easy to move around. Although, there is just one caveat, for me at least. I'm a relatively small woman, but I am by no means short (yet, I'm sure thats debatable). I'm 5'5", and despite my short legs and long torso, I still find this bench to be just a tad bit too tall for me when doing hip thrusts without any modifications. Because of this, I do find the bench tipping back or scooting when I'm bracing myself and getting ready to get into position for HT's. I know a simple solution is to place it up against the wall, but our garage floor is sloped, and we don't have the space along the back wall, where the ground is more level. I don't have much issue with being able to reach the ground comfortably for bench press, but I can't say that my feet are entirely flat on the ground (curse my short shins...). I also feel like this is too tall for box squats. Anyway, I do wish this bench were just about 1.5-2 inches shorter, but that's just me. It's fantastic for most other exercises like bench, split squats, step ups, and so on. I would have preferred to purchase the Monster Utility Bench 2.0, but it was out of stock at the time, and we figured a bench was better than no bench. Plus, it's about $75 cheaper.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ok bench Comfortable but definitely pricey for what you get. Feels incomplete like it’s missing something. But it was I stock when I needed one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Classic It's simple and does what it's supposed to do. A must have piece of equipment in every home gym.
