What Sets the echo bike apart

Max Stability & A Smoother Ride
1

Max Stability & A Smoother Ride

At 123 LBS, the patented Echo Bike 3.0 is not the wobbling breed of exercise bike. Its reinforced steel construction gives it the rigidity and balance to help eliminate sways and bumps during even max output bursts, and the fan’s steady response delivers a uniquely consistent, smooth riding experience. For added stability, we’ve included rubber leveling feet under each base tube. These feet adapt to your flooring and provide added “stick,” helping to level the bike even if it’s not on a level surface.

LCD Console - Now Bluetooth / ANT+ Compatible
2

LCD Console - Now Bluetooth / ANT+ Compatible

The mounted LCD console measures 5” wide x 8” tall and features a crystal clear, high contrast display. Athletes can select or create a wide range of modes, including Intervals (20/10, 10/20 or a custom Work/Rest interval), Target (choose a goal Time, Distance or Calories and the console will count down based on your selection), and Heart Rate Tracking (please note that a heart rate transmitter is required to send data, but is not included). The console runs on four AA batteries, which are included, and is now Bluetooth / ANT+ compatible, enabling users to connect to their favorite cycling apps.

Note: This updated console is standard on the V3.0 bike and available to purchase to upgrade previous V2.0 bike models.

Quality Construction
3

Quality Construction

The Echo Bike is built with a range of durable steel tubing (2" x 3", 1.25" x 3", and 1.625" x 3.125") finished in a texture black powdercoat. The adjustable padded seat locks into 8 different height settings and 5 front-to-back settings, and the 1.5” diameter rubber-grip handles are welded directly to the bike’s arms for added rigidity. A steel step plate is provided along with knurled 4.5” long rotating foot pegs and metal pedals. The fan itself is a belt-driven, precision steel blade. As an update with Version 3.0, we’ve also moved the seat adjustment knob to the backside of the seat post, which prevents it from catching on loose clothing when the user gets on or off the bike.

Whether you train out of a garage gym or run your own large-scale facility, the Echo Bike makes a logical companion piece to some of the other top endurance machines in the industry, as well as essential Rogue conditioning products like Rogue Medballs, the SR-1 Speed Rope, and the Wise-Crack AbMat.

Easy Assembly + Portability

Easy Assembly + Portability

Assembly is required to set-up the Echo Bike, but all necessary tools and black hardware are included standard with your order, along with easy step-by-step guidelines. While the fully constructed bike is a beast, we’ve included a set of 1" wide polyurethane wheels at the front of the unit, allowing it to be rolled around the gym or stored out of the way with ease.

Echo vs Airdyne
I first used the Echo at a PT appointment last month. Had a great workout on it, and decided to get one for the home gym. I was addicted to my Concept erg rower, which I still love but am unable to use for an extended period of time due injury and rehab that prevents rowing. Echo bike to the rescue. Got a similarly vigorous roweresque cardio interval workout, without the risk of strain to my injury. Set up was easy as I found a simple YouTube video and followed that and the written instructions. Had it unboxed and operational in 30 minutes (assembled it solo). If you are looking for a low impact high energy cardio machine, with a small footprint in the home gym, I encourage you to test ride one. Last note: I had a Schwinn Airdyne I purchased about 33 years ago. It was chain driven and little loud. Worked great, but I had to sell it due to household moves and requirement to lighten my personal property. The belt drive is much quieter, and less maintenance. I did some research on the new Airdyne and read comparisons between it and the Echo. The ride on the Echo sold me on it.

Ultimate Workout Machine
The Rogue Echo Bike is a beast. Solid. Reliable. Built like a tank. If you’re looking for a piece of equipment that can take a beating and keep on going, this is it. The construction is bomb-proof. Heavy-duty steel frame, smooth belt-driven fan – no rattling, no shaking. This machine stays put, no matter how hard you go. And trust me, you can go hard. The digital console is straightforward. No fluff, just the essentials. It gives you the data you need to track your progress and push yourself further. The preset and customizable workouts keep things fresh and challenging. Adjustability is key. The seat and handles fit users of all sizes, ensuring a comfortable and ergonomic experience. But comfort doesn’t mean easy. This bike delivers a full-body workout that will test your limits. The harder you push, the harder it pushes back. Perfect for HIIT, endurance, or just crushing a quick cardio session. Bottom line – the Rogue Echo Bike is an elite machine for serious athletes. If you’re committed to getting after it and need equipment that can keep up, look no further. Get one. Get after it.

Rouge V3 Air Bike Review
Decided I needed to add something to my current workout routine to get past my plateau. Only hearing the air bike was a next level workout I decided to purchase one. I almost went with the Assault Bike brand since it was cheaper, but my buddy said to spend the extra money which I also recommend. From purchase to delivery was less than 48 hours. That’s FAST! Assembly took me 15-20 minutes. I was instantly impressed with quality of the material. I also noticed the air wheel was bigger and the fan blades circumferenced the entire area from base to outer wheel, thus why you experience more resistance with Rouge’s air bike vs Assault Bike’s bike. The workout can only be described as heart attack mode! I run 4-5 miles every day at 9min per mile pace, but 12 seconds of hard peddling on the Rouge Bike has me in pain and desperate for air. Only have had it for a week and road it 4x but love it!!

Love the Echo Bike
I’ve never been a *fan of cardio. Lifting weights has always been sufficient at burning calories and maintaining a healthy body. But, last summer I found it difficult to cut weight. Cardio machines and treadmills can be boring. Bike rides around town were not punishing enough. I bought the Echo Bike a month ago, and it is exactly what I’ve been looking for. HIIT workouts have been punishing, quick and effective. I look forward to interval training at the end of every workout. The Echo Bike looks cool, feels solid, and takes up less room than most cardio machines. I recommend getting the wind guard and phone holder as well.

Solid piece of equipment that will last
This beast is built like a tank, it's a very high quality, professional air resistance bike. It's easy to assemble the parts, just stand the box upright, the correct side up, and then open up/spread the sides. I'm getting great workouts on this thing that are definately helping me to keep up with the younger guys in Jiu Jitsu class. As soon as you try to move the handles and peddles it feels like everything is stuck in glue, great resistance for the upper and lower body. It's also smaller, more compact than I expected and doesn't require that much space to use. I highly recommend the echo bike if you like difficult, high intensity workouts. It's not a long distance cruiser unless you are a savage, it's much better suited for short sprints, HIIT style workouts. This is something that will probably last the average user a lifetime, it's built with heavy duty, high quality components and feels solid to use. Definitely worth the money if you have any concerns about the cost. Go easy the first few times you use this if you haven't worked out in a while...you'll see.

If you’re on the fence, just do it!
Absolutely love this thing! A bit expensive, but if you’re looking for a bang for your buck and quick way to destroy yourself (in a good way), this is the move. Slowly building out my home gym and this is my favorite piece so far, and now I use it pretty much every day. Plus, the fan helps cool ya down a little after a toasty garage workout. Win win!

Great for HIIT and LISS - noise is not a problem
I am really, really happy with my Rogue Echo Bike. I had been using a Concept2 RowErg at the gym for conditioning for the last year or so, and and that worked well enough. There was an Echo Bike at the gym, and I decided to jump on at more or less on a whim one duty. It was a revelation - I was able to get my heart rate up much faster than I was on the RowErg. That’s it intended as a knock on the RowErg — it’s just that an effective stroke is actually pretty technical. When I start to go flat out on the RowErg, my stroke seems to fall apart. That’s me, not the machine. But when I go as fast as I can on the Echo Bike, I just go — I don’t have to think about technique. That works much better for me. I decided to buy an Echo Bike for my home after a few sessions at the gym. The biggest question I had was whether I would be able to do a longer LISS (low intensity steady state) conditioning session on the Echo Bike — I was a little nervous that it was primarily a HIIT device. But last night, I rode for an about 45 minutes at an RPE of 6, which is fine for LISS. So I am really, really happy with the machine. Incidentally, that LISS machine was in front of a TV — watching an old black-and-white vampire movies called “Black Sunday.” I thought that I would need my noise canceling Apple Air Buds, but I did not. I am a Formula 1 fan and last week, I rode for about 30 minutes while watching the Singapore Grand Prix, and I did nit need noise cancelling Air Buds then either. The machine is moving a lot of air, but it’s not as noisy as I expected. One hint about assembly, or maybe two. The first is that I bought a metric Allen wrench socket set for my socket wrench and used that to tighten down the bolts in on the arms. That worked like a dream — they are rock solid now. The other may only be for people who ride for longer periods, but I find moving the seat to more of a “nose up” position made it far more comfortable.

Built like a tank and easy to use
Starting from when the Rogue Echo Bike V3.0 was delivered by UPS to assembly to the first time use I have been impressed. Right away the packaging alone was done very well. Assembly was a breeze but I would recommend going over and retighten everything after the initial use and to check periodically. I bought this due to overwhelming reviews stating that this bike is built like a tank and I can confirm this is a solid piece of equipment that should last years. Adjusting the seat height took a little trial and error and after watching a couple of YouTube videos it wasn’t long to get it set for me at my 6’ 2” weighing 230 lbs. I feel confident in writing this that with proper use of at least 2 to 3 times a week that any user should be able to get the cardio workout they need. I’ve been looking for a good home cardio piece of equipment for years and feel confident that I have finally found the missing piece to my home gym.
