All wood panels are CNC machined for secure, precision interlocking, and each assembled box offers the same internal reinforcing component as the plyo boxes we’ve built for CrossFit Games competition.

American-made and battle-tested, this is a jump box built for safe, effective plyometric training at any skill level. Add one to a garage gym or order in bulk to serve multiple athletes at a larger facility.
Important: To assemble the Flat Pack Games Box, you will need a drill, wood screws (provided), and quality wood glue. See the video for a step-by-step guide.
