Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid I can’t believe how solid this thing is. Bought it for the matador. Feels way more solid than when I had it attached to a squat rack. Buy this, you won’t be disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very versatile! We use these for quite a few exercises that need an anchor. We have one for our dip bar attachment but bought 3 more for any exercise that we want to do where we need to anchor a band. This has worked well for all the types of bands that we have. After selling our Rogue Rack these have been an awesome anchor replacement!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great Works great and looks great. I have one mounted to wall next to my squat rack. Holds my bumper plates, my iron plates are on a rolling weight tree. Install is easy. If I had room for another one I would buy it in a heartbeat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid and Practical I own two strips. I mounted both on my poured concrete foundation wall. Actually moved one-- after having it in place for a year -- when tweaking my squat rack position. I'm not handy but mounting was easy with correct anchors, solid hammer drill (thanks long time neighbor) and right drill bit. I have a small workout area so organization and set up is key. Strip helped me achieve that. Very solid -- no wiggle when doing dips (5'11 -195 me; 6'2" - 215 son). Highly recommend. Rogue quality is fantastic. Go Blue!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid I bought this last week with a Matador to get the ball rolling on my basement home gym. It's solid as a rock. Bigger and heavier than you would think, too. When I eventually pick up an Echo GHD and the RML-3W, the Matador will move to the rack and the GHD will be attached to the strip. Dips, abs, whatever, I feel comfortable hanging more than my weight on this strip. A little advice: if you want to run two lag screws per stringer, go with at least 2x8 boards. I used 2x6s and you don't have much room above the top hole and below the bottom hole on the board. I ended up using five 1/2"X2" lag screws to mount it to three stringers (just one on the bottom). As for how I mounted the stringers, I used 5" LedgerLoks, which look way too flimsy, but are made to replace 1/2" lag screws. I got them at Home Depot in a box of 50 (even came with the impact socket you need included). And even though they say no pre-drilling required, PRE-DRILL the holes. It's worth it. (I apologize the pictures aren't better; I haven't upgraded the lighting yet. I'd rather buy more workout gear :D )
