Here is a subject that I have been trying to get around to for quite a while. I could have written it up before, but I did not want to until I had the necessary time which would enable me to deal with it as it should be dealt with. The question of the right and wrong of exercise is of vital importance to us all. The truth is that we cannot afford to neglect our study of why we do each exercise. My attitude has always been to impress into your mind the reason why you do a certain exercise, how the muscles act under a certain stimulus, and their method of operation, so that you can thoroughly understand why you do that particular exercise.
