Seemingly basic rope but man it has helped me get some DUs done. Nice and light and is never the issue. Its me, I’m the problem.

Lighter than I’m used to
I like this rope but I find I’m using my original rope as my go-to for DUs because this one is lighter than I’m used to. I hope to someday grow accustomed to this lighter rope. It would probably improve my speed.

The handles, for me, make a world of difference. Previously had the shorter handles. With these, I’m able to get a better leverage to snap the wrists, maintaining rope speed. I’m having more success than ever with double-unders!
