The ball is not what I expected. The description describes it as good for a slam ball. Not so much. The first time I tried it, and I didn’t slam it very hard, it bounced up to my knee level. I don’t expect a slam ball to rise much more than a couple of inches at the most. So, I requested an exchange.

I already owned the 100# Dball. Bought the 70 for higher rep movements & carries. Great piece of equipment that I use often.

Don’t use them for slams or throws of any kind unless you want them to break. My 40 and my 60 have both busted in the last month and they have been used actively for 1 year

These are solid and well built. I am a powerlifter and dabble in strongman fitness. The D Balls are my tools for some serious cardio and strength trading. I highly recommend.

I bought the 80lbs ball. Great for over the shoulder slams and a few overhead slams. Since it has a large diameter, I also use it for toe taps and jump overs w/ burpee :)

I bought the 80 pound D ball for my boyfriend’s birthday in September. He absolutely loves it the ball and loves Rogue. The only negative was the shipping box was all ripped open when it was delivered. It was hard to “hide” it from him until his birthday. My boyfriend has used his 80 pound ball so much that he is ready for the 100 pound ball.

The rubber used is durable and grippy even when sweating. Easy to clean.

Got a thick, 3/8 rubber floor in the garage and this guy doesn't show any sign of wear like it's brand new still. Used it every week now for about 4 months.
