I've used the orange band for a few minutes. It's exactly what I was looking for. ThX!

I have used the shorties for a few weeks now and they are extremely resilient and versatile. I use them for rear delt rows, bench press, tricep pulldowns, shrugs, deadlifts and even concentration curls. They have allowed me to expand my home gym to barbell exercises that wasn't possible before. I will buy more in the future (when I get stronger!)

I purchased these first because I love the regular rogue bands at the gym. I use them quite regularly and have found them a great tool to have. Secondly, I needed something that would fit in my workout bag, pocket, and work bag alike. I am constantly taking moments to stretch and move my body as someone who sits at a desk. These bands are a great way to fit in micro workouts during my day, as well as aid in gym sets as originally intended. If you want a way to get a whole body workout in your pocket though, these have become my favorite tool for that.

Great bands, would have been perfect for band deadlifts at home but as other reviewers have mentioned, the ones I got were of noticeably uneven lengths. Wish Rogue could step up their quality control as if it weren't for this issue the bands would have been exactly what I was looking for.

Too stiff doesn’t stretch not worth it

I purchased the black band. Although it's quite thick, I've been able to incorporate it into my arm/wrist exercises.

I bought the short bands to do banded bench and noticed that one side felt much heavier. Compared lengths and one was visually about 10% shorter. Ordered another pair to hopefully have two that were the same length, exact same thing. One band was way shorter. So now I can mix and match and have similar lengths. But both orders had very very different lengths. So don't expect to get them even first try.

Good bands for adding to leg extension and curl, and even dumbbell flys. They last for quite a while too.
