Already the stiffest compression knee sleeves in the Sling Shot line-up, and arguably the stiffest in the industry, this updated design is now approved (as of 2019) by the USPA and IPF, and no longer includes the non-slip grip tech of the original model.

Extreme X Sleeves are sold in pairs and available in a variety of sizes. The 7mm thick, Level 4 neoprene construction and stiff front panel offer enough support for max effort lifts, and the sleeves won’t bunch or slide as you train.
Comparison: Tighter fit than STrong Knee Sleeves, thicker than Grippy X Sleeves.

How to Size: Measure around the center of your knee with a straight leg.
