RML-390F Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack

The RML-390F is the Flat Foot version of the RML-3 Monster Lite Power Rack. Available as a stand-alone unit or by converting an existing SML-2 or SML-3 Squat Stand, this rack's self-stabilizing base means you won't need to bolt it to the ground before you use it - a major benefit for those looking to protect their floors or to have more flexibility in a workout space.

The Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack is manufactured in the USA and features 3x3” 11-gauge steel uprights with Westside hole spacing and 5/8” bolts and fasteners. Leaving just a 48”x49” footprint, the unit still creates a substantial 30” of inside depth. Customers can choose between a Single Skinny or Fat/Skinny 43” Pull-up Bar, and all orders come standard with a pair of Monster Lite J-Cups and a pin/pipe safety system.

RML-390F Conversion Kit Includes:

  • (1) XML-30" Crossmember Pair
  • (1) 30" Pin/ Pipe Safety System
  • All additional hardware required

Great rack!
Purchased the rack for my garage. Absolutely happy with the rack. Heavy steel and very stable. Assembled it by myself - however would recommend to have 2 persons assemble it due to wheight & size.

Solid piece of kit
Very pleased I bought this rack. Had been looking for one for a while. Delivery was excellent. Looks first class and real quality. I have a higher than average ceiling height, so just a note to check the height of your ceiling as you have to allow clearance for your head when doing chins.

Perfect Rack if You're in a Temporary Spot
In case anybody cares, you can definitely attach the feet of it to the floor if you ever decide that you want to. We bought ours in 2017 or so, knowing that we'd be moving eventually and so wanting something that we could use without messing up the floor. Well, we ended up buying a house the next year, and it's been so long now that I can't remember if the feet already had holes or if I drilled them, but, either way, it's been anchored in my garage for roughly seven years now with everyone from UNCC's strength coaches to Swede Burns and Greg Panora loading it up with zero issues. So, my point is that if you're currently renting or are somewhere that, for whatever reason, you don't want to mess up the floor but think it's a temporary situation, this is the perfect long-term solution.

Well built and sturdy, but short
Incredibly well built and easy to assemble. Very sturdy, and if on hard flat ground, very stable for racking weights and for doing pullups. However, it is really short. If you're over 5'9" I think you will struggle to do pullups without fully tucking your feet. At 6'5", my knees almost hit the ground.

Rogue for the win!
I bought the cage about 9 months ago and absolutely love it! I spent weeks going back and forth feeling like it may be overkill but have no regrets. It’s so solid and sturdy and I love how customizable it is. I bought the safety straps to minimize noise as I live on the top floor of an apartment complex and they are a thing of beauty! I can toss weight around without making much sound at all. If you want something built to last and know you’ll use it, get it! It’s well worth the $.

Perfect garage rack
I was debating between this and the wall mounted version for my garage gym and I am extremely certain I made the right choice. It was honestly easy to set up (make sure you have 15/16 wrench or ratchet) and only needed another person to help stabilize while connecting the top crossbars. It’s such an incredible quality and the perfect size for a garage.
