Rogue CG-1C Multi Grip Camber Cable & Landmine Attachment

ALUMINUM MULTI GRIP CABLE & LANDMINE HANDLE ATTACHMENT

The Rogue CG-1C Multi Grip Camber Cable & Landmine Attachment is a versatile 2-in-1 tool that doubles as a cable attachment and landmine handle. Made in the USA and featuring ¼-inch aluminum or heavy duty steel side plates with laser-cut Rogue branding coated in a rugged texture black powdercoat finish, this attachment is designed to offer long-lasting durability and versatility. A built in acetal sleeve is added to protect your barbell sleeve from scratches when performing landmine work. Its multi-grip handle system provides customizable options for users to pick grip widths, whether you’re performing cable exercises or landmine movements.

VERSATILE GRIP OPTIONS

The CG-1C Multi Grip Camber Attachment offers a wide range of grip configurations for your workouts. The wide grip handles are spaced 30” apart on-center, perfect for neutral grip lat pulldowns and low rows. Additionally, the mid-grip handles are adjustable, allowing you to choose from 6 possible distances—14", 16", 18", 20", 22", or 24"—so you can fine-tune your positioning to hit different muscle groups and find your ideal comfort zone. For closer grips, the close-grip handles offer 2 adjustable options—6" or 8" apart—ensuring a customizable, ergonomic fit for every user. The 32MM diameter, 5” long knurled aluminum handles with Ohio knurling, the same knurl pattern used on our Ohio Bar tested by elite athletes for over a decade, provide a secure grip for every rep.

DURABLE & FUNCTIONAL DESIGN

With the aluminum and heavy duty steel options weighing 8.25LBS and 14.0LBS respectively, the CG-1C Multi Grip Camber Attachment is an evolution of the original Rogue Multi Grip Cable Attachment. A stainless steel clevis plate adds extra durability, while the embedded acetal sleeve allows for landmine work without scratching your barbell sleeve. This attachment’s sleek profile makes it ideal for home gyms, commercial fitness facilities, or portable use, giving you the flexibility to perform a variety of exercises with minimal space requirements.

Looking to add more grip options? The Rogue H-5 Handles are available in multiple diameters, angles, and finishes, giving you the flexibility to customize your setup for any cable attachment or compatible multi-grip bar.

Patent Pending

Note: The CG-1 attachments are optimized for Lat Pulldown and Low Row movements. When used with a landmine, range of motion may be slightly reduced depending on your setup and the movement performed.

Warning: Lat pulldown machines from different manufacturers will have different amounts of resistance when unloaded which may or may not balance the weight of the attachment. Therefore it is important that the attachment is always supported while changing the weight to prevent it from falling and causing injury.

Close Grip is A 10/10
Close Grip - Amazing Product, size is perfect for close grip pulls, knurling is the Goldilocks of knurls found on the Ohio bars. The last close grip attachment you’ll ever buy - no regrets.

Fantastic Addition to the Rogue Ecosystem
The CG-1 is one of those Rogue attachments that looks simple on the surface but ends up becoming a “must-have” if you’re already invested in their ecosystem. I bought it mainly for lat pulldowns and low rows on the Functional Trainer, landmine rows on Pritchett pad, and it’s been brilliant. Build Quality & Knurling The first thing you notice is the knurling — it’s outstanding. Perfect grip, not overly aggressive, and the whole attachment is surprisingly lightweight. The machining and finish are excellent, as you'd expect from Rogue. Some reviewers left a bad review because it wasn't perfect - its not a piece of aeronautical equipment, not having 100% smooth edges shouldn't be an issue for an attachment. Versatility What really makes it shine is the sheer number of hand positions and widths you can use. Wide, narrow, neutral, — everything feels natural. For lat pulldowns and cable rows, it’s been fantastic. There isn't an angled option but Rpgue has separate attachments for this purpose. And even though Rogue lists “landmine” in the name, they’re very clear that this is primarily a lat-pulldown tool, with landmine compatibility as a bonus. That’s exactly how it functions: lat pulldowns first, landmine rows second. Using It With the Pritchett Pad I also own the Pritchett Pad, and I’ve had zero range-of-motion issues. Some people online mention problems with plates hitting the back of the pad, but in most of those cases: Their landmine post may be positioned too far back They used 45s, which are naturally huge Or they didn’t realise you can simply move the landmine slightly forward to clear the pad I experimented with landmine hole position just for use with the the Pritchett Pad and have never had the plates touch the back. If you do have issues, there are easy fixes: Move the landmine sleeve forward one hole Use smaller plates (25s or 10s) 1st Put a collar behind of the plates Or simply use the Pritchett Pad exactly as Rogue intend — the geometry works perfectly Reaching the Bar / Liftoff Solutions Some users said they couldn’t reach the attachment when it’s resting low. There are loads of simple workarounds, many already recommended by reviewers: Attach a j-cup under the Pritchett Pad to act as a “rest” Use a peg pin through one of the pad’s holes and knock in with your knee during liftoff Use a small Rogue deadlift jack Or a simple, cheap car jack from Amazon (this is what I use) All of these solve the problem effortlessly. Freestanding Landmine Rows If you’re not using a Pritchett Pad and you’re doing freestanding landmine rows, the CG-1 does work — but you’ll probably want to use smaller plates or a collar to improve clearance. This isn’t a flaw; it’s simply because the attachment wasn’t designed primarily for that purpose. The Rogue product page even explains that the primary function is lat pulldowns, not freestanding landmine rowing. So if your main goal is freestanding landmine work, a different attachment would probably suit you better. But if your main goal is pulldowns and you’re already in the Rogue rack ecosystem (Pritchett pad owner), this is perfect. Overall Thoughts For me, the CG-1 has been a fantastic addition to the Functional Trainer setup: Excellent knurling Lightweight Beautifully machined Tons of grip options Works flawlessly with the Pritchett Pad Great for pulldowns and low rows Landmine functionality works as long as you understand its intended use It’s one of those attachments that just enhances everything — smoother rows, better pulldowns, and far more hand-position variety than standard handles. In the Rogue ecosystem, especially paired with a Functional Trainer and Pritchett Pad, it’s an absolute no-brainer.

WORTH EVERY PENNY!!
The feel of the handles on this attachment is perfect. There’s no comparison between this and a regular lat pulldown bar. Trust me. If you do rows and lat pulldowns, you be notice a huge difference in feel and overall enjoyment during these lifts. Worth every penny!

Knurling Feels Amazing
The build quality on this was outstanding, the knurling feels perfect and its super light. I was debating between this and the Rep Kleva attachments and i'm very happy i went with Rogue's instead. Very good quality build.

Do you even Camber bro?
I picked up the cambered multigrip attachment along with an additional set of 20° grip handles. Wanted it primarily for landmine work with my Pritchett pad. I’m glad I did. It’s excellent for working different parts of my back and the angled grips open up more options, especially since you can 180 the orientation of the attachment and invert the grip that way. When using a Pritchett pad it can be kinda tricky to reach the attachment but I got creative with a j-cup to prop the barbell on and it lets me use this attachment just fine

An excellent addition to my home gym
Very nice cable and landmine attachment. Much lighter in weight than it looks, it is a good additional piece of equipment. Because of the hand position, the attachment allows activation of different muscles to provide a more complete back workout. The knurling on the handles is great—easy to grip even with sweaty hands. When used for t-bar rows it does not scratch up the bar. A well-thought out and efficient piece of equipment. It literally replaces 4 cable attachments in my gym. Too bad I didn’t get this a few years back.
