Hampton Morris

Hampton Morris is a young American weightlifter making a name for himself on the international stage. Born in 2004, the 20-year-old from Marietta, Georgia has already achieved remarkable things in his weightlifting career.

Morris competes in the men's 61 kg weight class and is a three-time gold medalist at the Pan American Weightlifting Championships (2021, 2022, and 2023), showcasing his dominance in the region.

In April 2024, Morris etched his name in weightlifting history by shattering the clean and jerk world record in the 61 kg class at the IWF World Cup in Thailand, lifting a staggering 176 kg (388 lbs).
