I like the spiky ball so well that I purchased another one to take with me when I travel. My husband plays hockey and also uses it. I am 57 and working my way out of orthotics and toward stronger feet. I am pleased with the progress and can now walk miles in “barefoot” sandals. The spiky ball might seem painful at first, but persevere! You will be glad you did!

The spiky ball is a decent product. It's cheap money and it's good to have something like this in your arsenal or mobility tools. I was expecting it to be a lot firmer than it actually was. It has a little give to it and I was expecting and hoping to have it be as firm as the Rogue LAX Ball. It's good for feet and forearms, still pretty good for trap work but once you put any real pressure on it, it caves in slightly. I would recommend picking it up to workout those knots that sometimes a LAX ball can't really get to or it TOO firm.

I just picked this up and while a little uncomfortable at first my feet feel so much better after use. I plan to pick up a second one so that I can have one at home and at the office.

Happy I spent the money on this goofy thing. It relieves my foot pain. Get one!
