Surprised
Review by Matt AQualityGreat shoe. Really comfortable. I wear 8.5 in normal shoes and that's what I ordered these in. They fit perfect. I've seen the EVA heel mentioned as an area of concern. I don't forsee that being a real issue unless your a REAL BIG DUDE pushing A LOT of weight. All in all, I'd say this is a great intro to intermediate shoe that would be good for a Crossfitter who wants a little more versatility. Rogues service is awesome. I ordered the shoe on a Tuesday and was able to take them for their first test drive 2 days later. That's with free shipping!| Review for: Adidas PowerLift TrainerGreat shoes, great value
Review by WestinQualityI have never had dedicated weightlifting shoes before so I am not sure how these stack up in relation to others. But I am very happy with my purchase. They fit more like a standard Adidas shoe, but have a very stiff sole under the heel.| Review for: Adidas PowerLift Trainer
I was a bit skeptical about the heel height helping with squats and other lifts, but it seems to put your foot, ankle and calf in a better position and is more comfortable to perform lifts in versus flatter shoes. The velcro strap tightens it all down nicely so they don't slip.
I have used these for a workout with pullups, pushups, power cleans, squats and they worked great. They seem to be versatile enough to use for exercises that don't require running or jumping.
great shoe
Review by dtudor@29gmailQualityfirst time using this type of shoe and im in awe of the power i generate through my heels! stability is outstanding squat depth is superb! i am new to using this shoe but comfort is considerably very good price is outstanding look is not so bad at all! i recommend this shoe for anyone starting out but very serious about lift and training over all from what i feel there are no negatives with this shoe maybe when i get into the 400 lbs squat range they will lose some stability but i fet no probs with 345 on my back and my ATG!| Review for: Adidas PowerLift TrainerExcellent Value
Review by BomanowskiQualityVery good beginner weightlifting shoe for those not wanting to break the bank. Very firm sole translates well for overhead /strongman movements. Sizing Tip: I went to a local sporting goods store and sized myself with the Adidas Sambas. I am a true 13, and I was debating between ordering the 12.5 (for a tighter fit) or the 13. The 12.5 samba was too small and the 13 was perfect, I ordered the 13 in this shoe and they fit the exact same way, perfect.| Review for: Adidas PowerLift TrainerAwesome shoe/ price
Review by BobQuality1st pair of lifting shoe. They fit true to Adidas sizing like stated. Quality construction for a good price. Highly recommend.. If your thinking about finally getting a pair, these are them.| Review for: Adidas PowerLift TrainerAWSOME SHOES
Review by J sumQualitymy 1st pair of wieght lifting shoes. they are way better then lifting in runners. great support on no foot movement in the shoes. when you tighten the strap it turns into a footlocker :)| Review for: Adidas PowerLift TrainerThe best
Review by AndrewQualityThese fit true to the size of the Adidas Samba, which I find fit true to foot size. Adidas IMO makes the best quality sneaker, and these weightlifting shoes are no exception. I believe they'll last me 10 years in the gym. They look much better than other weightlifting brands, and seem to be of higher quality. At $90 they are a steal.| Review for: Adidas PowerLift TrainerStable Shoes
Review by PatsRaw275QualityI've squatted in Safe's, Chuck Taylor's and AdiStars. These shoes are very versatile. They stand up to 600lb squats and the heel to toe ratio is not so high that you'll need to change out of them to deadlift. If you've worn the AdiStars you might notice a difference in "pitch" though. I don't know how durable they'll be (time will tell)...| Review for: Adidas PowerLift TrainerLog in to leave a reviewVery Happy.
Review by BulksyQualityFirst pair of oly lifting shoes, very impressed with how well they feel ATG squatting, being able to destroy the parallel and generate considerable more torque out of the hole, with zero strain on the knees/ankles/hips and incredibly cheap too (if you dont count international shipping). Shipping was only 1 week to Australia which was impressive on RogueFitness' behalf.| Review for: Adidas PowerLift Trainer
