Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Shoe The stability that this shoe gives you for Oly lifts are great. I'm sure that all lifting shoes will provide better support than a regular training shoe. But due to my experience with other Inov-8 gear I went with these. They are very light and just rock!! If you are thinking about getting a lifting shoe, these are awesome! Also as usual Rouge customer service is 100%.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I needed Love these. Wanted something that gave me the stability for Oly lifts and something that I could use for other movements in a WOD. They are flexible in the forefoot unlike the Romaleos so you can use them for some metcon movements. Very happy with these.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best hybrid shoe on the market! Appearance: Okay to start things off, these shoes are definitely pretty. When I first started wearing these to the box, I was getting compliments left and right. Comfort/Fit: It's a pretty comfortable shoe. The lacing system is pretty simple, but it gets the job done. The velcro strap also adds that extra lock-in feel to help you feel more solid on your lifts. Durability: I've had this shoe for roughly around 6 weeks and it still holds up despite heavy usage. There are no damages to the laces, heels, or any other part of the shoe. No scratches either. However, the green/red colorway started losing that "new shoe look" after about 2 weeks. They get dirty really fast. Don't know about the other colorways. Oly Performance: Despite the fact that this is designed to be a hybrid shoe, and that it only has the 0.65inch heel height as opposed to the traditional 0.75inch heels on a proper weightlifting shoe, this gets the job done fairly well. It's not as stable, nor as solid as an AdiPower or a Romaleo, but it doesn't really try to be. Despite its "hybrid" label, you still feel that substantial difference when catching the Snatch in a hole or when you're doing pistols. Metcon Performance: This shoe is AMAZING at how incredibly comfortable it feels, especially after using the Reebok hybrid lifters. Burpees, short sprints, and double unders are so easy in this shoe. However, during double unders, there are times when the excess portion of the velcro strap tends to flare out and the ropes get caught on it sometimes, but it's only because I stretch the strap out too much. I would NOT recommend these for extremely high rep box jumps though. Overall: If you're looking for a pure Oly shoe, you're looking in the wrong place. However, if you want a seamless transition from doing Snatches to Double Unders during a WOD, this is the shoe for you. And it's less pricier than its Reebok competitors too.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sizing This is a review based on sizing only as I have yet to actually wear these shoes in a workout. I wear a 10.5 in the F240 ordered a 10.5 in the lifter and it was too big. I am exchanging them for a size 10.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but Inov-8 surprised me I used these shoes for roughly 30 sessions before noticing the heal on what one of the shoes starting to come apart. I e-mailed Inov-8 support to see if this was common or if they could do anything about it and they told me to buy some shoe glue or contact Rogue. Not exactly the answer I was looking for especially coming from a niche market. I would however recommend the shoe based on performance.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Exceeds Expectations Reading reviews elsewhere, I was worried about sizing due to having a wider, shorter foot. In a standard running shoe (minimalist variety), I typically wear a 11-11.5US/44EU and a solid 12 in Reebok CF variety. I went with a 12 in the 335, expecting to return them due to their "narrow" nature. Although I have only been using them for a week or so, I see no reason to return/exchange them at all. They are stable but comfortable, with sufficient adjustment to allow for most requirements. I might suggest a deeper heel cup in the next iteration.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Crossfit Really like these shoes as a versatile weightlifting shoe for Crossfit. The "metaflex" forefoot, which is familiar to anyone who wears Inov-8s is flexible enough to allow you to to standard WOD movements while supporting you enough for lifting. It's a great compromise between pure lifting shoes and a shoe for a traditional WOD. I wore them for the first time doing 14.5 yesterday and the shoe performed very well. I didn't but don't blame the shoes--blame the zero hours of sleep my newborn gives me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Great quality. I have a narrow foot. Ordered a 12us originally but too much wiggle room in toe box. Returned for 11.5 and its perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from quality and value these are awesome shoes, i'm so impressed with them. People coming up to me in the gym all the time asking where i got them and commenting on how cool they look. i'm an 11 and 11 fits me tight like a gloves, i didn't notice too much difference in squats and anything with a static leg but for examples on sntaches and squat cleans where there is more movement in the lower leg the stability is unbelievable feels like you are glued in tight to give you the confidence to go harder and heavier. i did a few WOD's in them too and comfy enough for box jumps/burpees etc but wouldn't recommend running over 800m in them, overall i love these shoes and the rogue colouring is classy and the best colour out there, BUY THEM you wont be disappointed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfortable, great looking, great lifting shoes. These look better in person than any other lifting shoe out there and perform well too. More comfortable than the addicts powerlifter and I can still do lunges and box jumps. My overhead squat has stabilized and I hit a 30# Overhead Squat PR today less than a month after I got them. Red looks awesome and they fit just like my Inov-8 running shoes. I ordered .5 smaller than my usual Inov-8 size because I wanted lifting shoes to feel snug. They fit even better than I'd hoped.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING SHOE!!! I bought these shoes as my first pair of weightlifting shoes and they are with out a doubt phenomenal. I had tried my buddies reebox shoes before but they just didn't feel right. I noticed others saying to buy a size up but I bought the same size as my other inov8 and they are a perfect fit. Nice and snug and really help my form with squats of all sorts. I definitely recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a good crossfit lifting and wod shoe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great OLY shoes for CrossFit I've been using the fast lifts for two weeks now like others these are my first pair of Oly shoes. I have to say there hasn’t been in big jumps in PR’s but wow the stability is amazing the feeling of security in the full down position is exactly what I have needed. I have completed a few WODs with running and unlike others I have no problem as long as it short distant 400m or less at a time (normal running shoes NB minimus). Sizing is spot on to the Invo-8 web site. Also I have gotten allot of complements on the design and color of the shoes. All in all a great CrossFit shoe for WODs with short runs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome shoes, run .5 size small These were my first pair of oly shoes, and I did everything in nano's prior to these. I am in the same boat as the other guys when it comes to shooting myself in the foot for not getting a pair of oly shoes sooner. The stability in these is ridiculous. The heel base comes back just a little further than the back of your ankle, and the completely flat, semi-rigid platform make a huge difference when doing any Oly lifts. The soles are also super gummy, which is great for sticking your foot position. I bought these to be a hybrid WOD shoe, that I could do metcons in, do OLY lifts in, and do metcons with heavy lifts in. I haven't used other OLY or hybrid OLY shoes before, but coming from my nanos, I do not like running in these during WODs as the raised heel forces you to heel strike. Unfortunately there isn't any way around that with any OLY shoe, so I don't h

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Shoe From day one of wearing these, I know I made a good choice. Originally I had been using the Reebok lifters and just wasn't all that thrilled about them. The Fastlifts, in my opinion feel more stable and more comfortable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sizing This review is about sizing only. I wear a size 12 in just about everything. I wear a size 12 in Inov-8 195s also. I ordered a size 12 in this shoe and it was too small. I had to get the next size up, which is a 12.5. Those fit much better. This lifting shoe runs small. Keep that in your mind when ordering.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for CrossFit These are my first weightlifting shoes and my first Innov8s. They are excellent if your focus is primarily CrossFit and its related lifts. They are solid, stable and grip the ground like glue during lifts. The shoes proved incredibly stable during squats, thrusters, deadlifts, wall balls and the olympic lifts and displayed no hot spots during high volume movements. The shoe is comfortable, but has just about zero cushioning (the Reebok Lifters' insole is slightly cushioned, this one is not). I wear an 11 in Nanos and the 335 fit in size 11 fit well with ample room in the toe box. The shoe performed well during burpees and box jumps, with enough flex to allow your toes to bend. But if you pound your feet on the box during jumps, you can really feel the impact. The construction appears very high quality. The toe box is reinforced, so the toe should be very resistant to wear caused by those movements. Likewise, the same material is present all around the shoe, especially on the arch side, I assume to protect that area (including the strap) during rope climbs. The shoe feels very sturdy for being so light. Overall, I am quite happy with this shoe and would recommend it to CrossFitters looking for a multi-purpose lifter.
