General Supervisor

Full-Time

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Position Description: The General Supervisor is responsible for managing the plant floor and adheres to all company constraints from hour-to-hour into long-term goals.  We are looking to fill positions on both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Position Responsibilities

  • Supervises, motivates and assigns specific responsibilities to team members.
  • Monitors all departments and team member attendance, productivity, and other performance markers. Provides counseling to team members, as required.
  • Coordinates work with Manufacturing Superintendent.
  • Recommends changes in procedures to improve the operating efficiency of the unit.
  • Enforces all company work and safety rules.
  • Familiar with company policies and procedures, including human resources policies.

Manufacturing Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor

Position Description: Supervises the daily work schedules of warehouse team members involved in performing a combination of: shipping, receiving, loading and unloading trucks, stacking, picking and palletizing finished products.

Position Responsibilities

  • Determines space requirements for storage and schedules delivery and distribution of products, parts, and accessories to achieve distribution objectives and meet customer requirements.    
  • Ensures maintenance of equipment and a safe, clean environment.
  • Supervises, motivates and assigns specific responsibilities to distribution center team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Monitors team members attendance, productivity, and other performance markers and provides counseling to team members, as required.

Director of Human Resources

Position Description: Optimize current/develop new procedures and guidelines to help align Management with the strategic goals of the company. The Director of HR will report directly to the Owner and will be in charge of 2-3 direct reports.

Position Responsibilities

  • Direct effectively in a fast pace and ever expanding company. 
  • Lead and develop team capable of keeping up with moving at breakneck speed.
  • Able to evaluate and strategize manpower levels and the costing associated.
  • Experience creating systems in a startup company.

Industrial Sewing Team Leads, and Operators

Full-Time

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Position Description: Operate industrial sewing machine to gather, hem, and reinforce materials.

Position Responsibilities

  • Take direction from supervisor to construct product, meeting quality and productivity standards.
  • Sew multiple styles.
  • Be able to prepare machine by changing needles and thread, oiling and changing bobbin, and securing attachments.
  • Sew materials together by guiding material under machining needle.
  • Perform general housekeeping in manufacturing area.

Position Requirements

  • 2 - 5 years experience in industrial sewing setting.
  • Capable of sewing 7-8 hours a day.

Industrial Engineers

Position Description: Provide technical assistance in the form of process improvement, cost reduction, safety enhancement, and efficiency in a manufacturing setting.

Position Responsibilities

  • Identifies, develops, and manages process improvement projects specifically aimed at improving operational efficiencies.
  • Works in conjunction with manufacturing and maintenance personnel to ensure consistent operation of equipment to prescribed conditions, once developed.

Safety Manager

Position Description: Candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation and completion of the safety and security compliance programs. Candidate will be in responsible for maintaining the current programs and making suggestions for amendments and implementation of new programs. 

Position Responsibilities

  • Keep up to date on new health and safety regulations.
  • Identify, report, and correct any gaps in programs.

Supply Chain Analyst

Position Description: Supply Chain Analyst will ensure that finished good receipt routes are developed to meet the inventory requirements of all suppliers through international and domestic channels.

Position Responsibilities

  • Analyze and manage inventory/production trends of internal manufacturing and external suppliers.
  • Review and report product material inventory to business team.
  • Dive head first into spreadsheets and presents usable info.

Laser Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Position Description: Supervises team members engaged in the fabrication of metal products during the saw cutting, laser cutting and forming job cycle.

Position Responsibilities

  • Apply knowledge of layout, product design, machine function, capacities and output, properties of metal. 
  • Requisitions supplies, such as weld rods, gas, flux, and fixtures.
  • Analyzes work orders and blueprints to determine information such as material to be used, type of operations, and sequence of operations required. 
  • Trains workers in operation of equipment. 
  • Understands and enforces RQS. “Rogue Quality System” 
  • Accountable for work flow planning, maintenance and production metrics. 
  • Understand, coordinate, train and be able to setup and run: Laser, Saw & Brake Presses

Position Requirements

  • Extensive sheet metal fabrication, welding experience and be proficient in blue print reading.
  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing supervisory experience. 
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing field preferred. 
  • Experience in a dynamic job shop environment including quality control systems, management principles and practices, manufacturing processes, equipment and scheduling and inventory control methods. 
  • Must be able to troubleshoot product related problems, manage and prioritize numerous concurrent tasks, delegate, and manage work.

Inventory Supervisor

Position Description: Responsible for managing all inventory control related activities such as executing inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock holding and maximizes stock system accuracy.

Position Responsibilities

  • 3-5 years of professional design experience in web and print.

Video Producer

Position Description: The person we are looking for is self motivative, proactive and is versed all aspects of video production from conceptualizing, storyboarding, and scripting to shooting and editing. Many of our projects require quick turnaround but still require a high integrity of work. Our projects range from short, fun and informative product videos to lifestyle and documentary video shorts. Weld/Robotic Technician

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Position Description: Working within and supporting a team environment using good communication and interpersonal skills, while constantly striving to maintain a goal of zero downtime. 

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support in developing and improving welding processes. 
  • Assist in the integration, start-up and debug of plant floor welding equipment, including weld controls, MIG welding robots.
  • Provide support in the analysis and resolution of weld equipment failures. 
  • Troubleshoot part fit-up problems. 
  • Provide general weld support to Assembly Operators. 
  • Working knowledge of OTC Daihen robot programming and general welding maintenance. 
  • Assistance in development of the weld quality control process. 
  • Be familiar with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, AC motors and variable frequency drives.
  • Knowledge of OTC Daihen robotics and GMAW welding equipment.

Position Requirements

  • 2-4 years Industrial weld/robotic technician experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Candidates should be technically proficient, as well as comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and willing to put in extended hours including weekends and some holidays.

Welder

CNC Router Operator

Position Description: Candidate will be responsible for the development and editing of programs to manufacture materials/products out of a CNC router in a production environment. 

Position Responsibilities

  • Be able to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints and turn those into products.
  • Be aware of production needs and compensate by producing the right product at the right time.
  • Conduct quality control on products during and after production runs.
  • Make adjustments to program as needed during operation.

Warehouse

Position Responsibilities

  • Warehousing and storage of all merchandise, supplies, and equipment.
  • Inspecting incoming shipments.
  • Consolidating and packaging outgoing orders.
  • Case picking orders.
  • Loading and unloading trucks and any other duties in our warehouse.

Position Requirements

  • Previous warehouse /distribution experience is preferred, but not a must.
  • Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product.
