Quality Manager

Full-Time

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Position Description: This position is responsible for developing and sustaining the Rogue Quality System to ensure products are designed, fabricated and assembled according to engineering specifications. This position will lead all aspects of Quality Engineering in the Manufacturing Plant and reports directly to the Plant Manager.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop internal quality procedures and proper auditing systems.
  • Develop supplier quality procedures and establish a supplier scorecard system.
  • Perform quality audits and ensure compliance throughout the Manufacturing Plant.
  • Minimize internal/external Customer Escapes through effective Root Cause, Corrective and Preventive Actions.

Manufacturing Engineer

Machining/CNC Engineer

Position Description: This position is responsible for optimizing all CNC operations. The primary responsibilities are optimizing cycle times, increasing system reliability and reducing scrap rates in the machining department.

Position Responsibilities

  • Cycle time optimization for all CNC operations.
  • Scrap reduction for entire machining process.
  • Error proofing for manually loaded CNC lathes.

Position Description: Supervises the Assembly departments by adhering to all company constraints from hour-to-hour into long-term goals.

Position Description: Produces machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine, maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records, maintaining equipment and supplies.

Position Responsibilities

  • Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates and fixtures.
  • Mount, install, align and secure tools, attachments, fixtures and work pieces on machines using hand tools.
  • Stop machines according to required machining sequences to remove finished work pieces, change tooling, setup or work piece placement.

AP/AR Clerk
