I've let friends at the gym borrow it and they have said nothing but good things about it! The liquid grip is excellent as it helps you stick to the bar. Review by JonQualityBought liquid grip so the wife and I wouldn't have to apply chalk as often while WODing. I must say it works great and doesn't come off as easily as chalk does. It is more expensive than chalk, but I feel tighter to the bar. The little bottle I feel will go quick so I would buy the big bottle or the combo pack.| Review for: Liquid Grip
