Review by RobQualityI CF at my home and own 2 of the Eco Bars and a Castro Bar. This bar is fantastic for its price and for people who are getting started. It has a Good Knurl to it and holds chalk well. This Spin is decent enough to learn all the proper techniques of the Oly lifts. It will also stand up to most of the continuous abuse of a WOD.
