It mimics natural muscle movement by lengthening and shortening with the muscles thus giving support on the eccentric and concentric phase of a bench press. Review by zealouzQualityIt is crazy how well this works. Warmed up well then did 315lbs bare for 3 reps. Next 2 sets I used the slingshot and did 9 reps per set.
